Objective:" Sanyin points " acupuncture clinical curative effect of treatment ofpelvic blood stasis syndrome. To explore the treatment of pelvic blood stasissyndrome is a new effective way to provide scientific and objective clinical researchbasis.Methods: Diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria would be consistent with thisstudy of70cases of pelvic blood stasis syndrome patients were randomly divided intoacupuncture in medical order "three Yin cave" anti-inflammatory treatment group andrehabilitation suppository rectal dosing control group. Two groups follow thetechnical route for clinical observation of treatment, respectively, for the researchobject through the integration of the visual simulation, pain before and after treatmentof abdo al pain, menstrual cramps, nature, extent and duration, department ofgynaecology signs, pelvic B type ultrasonic observation pelvic veins dark with innerdiameter, venous blood flow changes before and after the treatment, comparisonbetween groups, in order to research the clinical effect of treatment group.Results: Comprehensive curative effect of two groups after treatment, thetreatment group total effective rate was89.00%, control group total effective rate was73.00%, the comparison between groups had significant difference (P<0.05).Comparative effectiveness of syndromes, the treatment group total effectiveness91.22%, control group total effective rate was76.67%, the comparison betweengroups had significant difference (P <0.05).
