Objective: Use the acupuncture of anterior-posterior points combinationto treat patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, and thecontrol group were observed compared with that to research the therapeuticeffect of acupuncture for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and thebetter solution to provide the basis for clinical screening.Methods: The cases were divided into the treatment guoup and the controlgroup by a simple method of randomization. The treatment group was trdatedwith anterior-posterior points acupuncture therapy,while the controlgroup was treated with traditional acupuncture therapy.Observed theefficacy after three courses,and then analyzed the data statistically.Results:60cases of observed cases,30cases of the treatment group and30cases of the control group.(1) After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%, and the control group was86.67%. There was a significantdifference between two groups(P<0.01)(2) There was no significant difference between the treatment guoup andthe control group before treatment in improvement of symptoms and signsscore (P>0.05).Every groups of symptoms and signs score before and aftertreatment has significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, thesymptoms and signs score of two groups has significant difference (P<0.01)(3) Various symptoms and signs of individual ratings, individualintegrator comparing the two groups before and after treatment, there were significant differences (P<0.05). The main symptoms of the lower abdomenand lumbosacral pain, vaginal discharge, abnormal increase the paincaused by the exertion minor symptoms, the integration of the two groupsafter the treatment of menstrual disorders, abnormal stools contrastthere is a significant difference (P<0.05). Shenpi fatigue, menstrualpain intensified, Xiong Xie breast tenderness three score was nosignificant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: This results shows the methods of two groups can improve theclinical symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,but the anterior-posterior points treatment is more efficient than thetraditional treatment,especially in mitigate waist pain, vaginaldischarge, abnormal menstrual disorders and abnormal stools and othersymptoms.The treatment of acupuncture anterior-posterior points is worthto spread.
