| Objective:In under the guidance oftraditional Chinese medicine theory，that is"To treat diseases did nothappen",to evaluates clinical effect on Wenshen Nuangong Fang addition or subtraction treatsluteal dysfunction treatment of recurrent miscarriage by observing objectively quantifiableindicators, and to explore the theoretical,which treating the recurrent miscarriage of lutealdysfunction from the spleen and kidney dysfunction.Discuss the Mechanism of effect onbasal body temperature,hormone levels and endometrial receptivity dysfunction in patientswith the recurrent miscarriage of corpus luteum insufficiency by Wenshen Nuangong Fangtreating;Further clarify the treatment mechanism of luteal insufficiency type of recurrentmiscarriage,and to provide new ideas and methods for medical treating the disease.Method:40cases of patients with luteal recurrent miscarriage that was metted the inclusion criteriawere randomly divided into treatment group and western medicine group,and20healthywomen as a control group.Treatment group: Wenshen Nuangong Fang; Western medicinetreatment groups: oral progesterone capsules. Continuous Treatment for three consecutivemenstrual cycles,to observe the Improvement of clinical symptoms and changes in relevantindicators before and after treatment.Consequence:1.clinical efficacy in patients with total efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine and westernmedicine treatment group respectively was95%,75%, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).2.compared with symptom scores of two groups patients before and afterchinese medicine treatment.compared with before treatment,the total score of after treatmentwas significantly lowered, and has a significant difference (P<0.05);3.Compare withtraditional chinese medicine symptom curative effect of two groups patients,chinese medicineand western medicine treatment group respectively was95%,70%, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05);4.Compare with individual traditional chinese medicinesymptom and integral of before and after treatment,chinese medicine treatment group wassignificantly better than western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);5.Compare with before treatment,the basal body temperature HPS score,serum level ofestradioland progesterone was significantly elevated,and the endometrial was thickenedsignificantly;E2/P, uterine spiral artery resistance index decreased significantly,comparedwith the previous treatment had significant difference (P<0.05);Compared with westernmedicine treatment group, Chinese medicine treatment group had a significant difference (P<0.05);6.After storp treatment within six months, the successful pregnancy rate of chinesemedicine treatment group was significantly higher than western medicine group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Wenshen Nuangong Fang treat recurrent miscarriage of corpus luteum insufficiency typecould to improve patient endocrine conditions and improve patient E2, P, E2/P level throughthe overall regulatory role;Increase temperature difference of the basal body temperature,extended high temperature period and improve the stability;Improve endometrial receptivityand the changes in Synchronous endometrial and hormone levels;Regulate spleen and kidneyand to improve TCM symptoms;Reduce the abortion rate. |
