| Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of Guishao yunpi tang decoction intreating chronic gastritis with stagnation of Liver and deficiency of Spleen，and explorprofessor Wangzili treating the method of chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:60conforming standard patients (of treatment in accordance with the order)from outpatients and inpatients of Chinese Hospital of Gansu Province,were randomlydivided into the treatment group (group of Guishao yunpi tang decoction) and the controlgroup (group of vitacoenzyme), each group has30cases treating3months for a coursetreatment.After the course,we observe the effect of clinical symptoms,the scores of endoscopyperformance and gastric histopathology.Results:(1)The data that contained the general information, symptom scores, endoscopicand pathologic scores of the two groups patients before treatment was proved to benosignificant differences.(2)After three months treatment, the total efficacy of the treatment group was93.33%,the control group was70.0%.From above datas,we can concluded that the treatment group issuperior to the control group.(3) The scores of the improved TCM symptoms of the treatment group werebetter than the control group.(4) Gastroscopic and pathological scores in the treatment group wereimproved after treatment,and better than in control group.(5) Guishao yunpi tang decoction group wasnot lost，a case of mild adverse reactions; vitacoenzyme group lost2cases，0cases of mild adversereactions. A case of adverse reactions in patients were not required to have special treatment，spontaneousremission，and completed the study.Conclusion:On the treatment of chronic gastritis with stagnation of Liver and deficiencyof Spleenthe,the treatment group has a significant curative effect on abdominal distension,stomach pain，hypochondriac, sigh,fatigue,etc,and also improve endoscopic mucosal andhistopathology. Guishao yunpi tang is relative efficacy and safety. |
