Objective: The dyskinesia after cerebral apoplexy means the death or hypoxia of cerebralcells due to the cerebrovasular hemorrhage or cerebral ischemia, which will lead to abnormalinvoluntary movement of the ipsilateral zones. The recovery process of muscle tensionfollowed the law from low to high and finally became normal and achieved separationmovement and voluntary movement at last. However, the persistent hypermyotonia whichcannot be eased is most common in clinic. Therefore, the timely decrease of muscular tone iskey to the rehabilitation of limb function. By observing the effect of using JiXueDianDuanAcupuncture in the treatment of hypermyotonia after cerebral apoplexy, this research aims tostudy the mechanisms of the JiXueDianDuan Acupuncture, offer new methods and exploretheoretical basis for the treatment.Methords: Randomly separated the patients who meet the standards into the treatmentgroup and the contrast group, both of which will conduct the traditional neurologicaltreatment for cerebral apoplexy, together with the rehabilitation training of NeuromuscularFacilities. On this basis, the contrast group has acupuncture on ordinary acupoints while thetreatment group has JiXueDianDuan acupuncture treatment. Patients of the two groups willreceive daily treatment lasting for30days as a course and have a rest of3days between thetwo courses. They will be evaluated after the treatment from the aspects of muscular tone, muscle power of related factors, motor functions of limbs and the ADL index and its safetyand observe the changes. The results before and after will be analyzed and managed withstatistical software. Results: The muscular tension differences between the two groups before the treatmentwere not statistically significant (P>0.05) while the evaluate results afterwards showedstriking differences which were statistically significant (P<0.05). At the aspects ofmyodynamia, motor function and ADL index, the striking differences were also statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). However, the safety differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The JiXueDianDuan acupuncture treatment can significantly lower thehypermyotonia after cerebral apoplexy, improve the myodynamia, motor function and theADL index. There is no distinct adverse effect and being simple and safe to operate. It provedthe correctness of theory of JiXueDianDuan acupuncture treatment and provided the basis forits extending and application in clinic.
