Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effect of muscular tension strengthened of lower limbs after ischemic stroke treated by acupuncturing on antagonist combining with rehabilitation therapy by comparative observation, and to find an effective way to guide clinical.Methods:All60cases of muscular tension strengthened of lower limbs after ischemic stroke were chosen from2nd affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of TCM, Ward2. All60cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, treatment group were given acupuncturing on antagonist combining with rehabilitation therapy, while control group were given regular acupuncture combining with rehabilitation therapy. Determine the therapuetic effect by scores of ADL. MAS, FMA and Barthel.Results:1. Both acupuncturing on antagonist combining with rehabilitation therapy and regular needling combining with rehabilitation can increase the ADL level compared within both groups with significant differences (P<0.05).2. There were no significant differences in comparisons of scores of Barthel and FMA between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), while there were after (P<0.05)3. There were nosignificant differences in modified Ashworth scale before treatment between the teo groups (P>0.05):the scores of MAS were decreased after treatment in both groups, there were no significant differences in control group (P>0.05). while there were significant differences within treatment group after treatment (P<0.05); and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. Total effective rate in treatment group was90.0%. which is higher than66.7%of the control group.2. Acupuncturing on antagonist combining with rehabilitation therapy can improve lower extremity motor function of muscular tension strengthened of lower limbs after ischemic stroke3. Acupuncturing on antagonist combining with rehabilitation therapy can improve activity of daily living of muscular tension strengthened of lower limbs after ischemic stroke4.
