The Expression Of FPR2/ALX In Tonsillitis And Its Significance

Aim Discusses expression of FPR2/ALX in recurrent tonsilliti（sRT group）、idiopathictonsillar hypertrophy（ITH group）and idiopathic adenoid hypertrophy (IAH group),discussthe differences and clinical significance.Methods Tonsils and adenoids of84patients were divided into3groups: recurrenttonsillitis (n=38)(RT group),including recurrent tonsillitis without history of nephritis(n=28)(RT-2group)and recurrent tonsillitis witht history of nephritis (n=10)(RT-1group),idiopathic tonsillar hypertrophy without recurrent history of tonsillitis (n=26)(ITH group),idiopathic adenoid hypertrophy (n=20)((IAH group); Immunohistochemical、HE、FPR2/ALX and s-100immune double labeling staining were used to test quantity andposition for FPR2/ALX.Results①Immunohistochemical shows FPR2/ALX expression was located in tonsilsfossae epithelial,there were more brown transparent empty bubble and particle-likesediment in RT group than the control group (ITH group and IAH group),the differencewas statistically significant(P <0.05),it was more strongly in cases of severelyinflammation.②Immune double labeling: FPR2/ALX expressed in the tonsil crypts onsubcutaneous of S-100protein labeled dendritic cells.Conclusions FPR2/ALX may play a role in tonsillitis organization immune responseto restrain the development of chronic tonsillitis, and in adenoid does not play a significantrole in the body...
