Objective: Investigate the relationship between the early embryotic developmentand the chromosome abnormalities in IVF/ICSI.Methods: Retrospective analysis the genic result and embryotic morphologicalcharacteristics of the patients who participate in the process of embryonicpre-implantation genic screening (PGS) in our center from June2012to January2013.According to the degree of chromosomal abnormalities, the results are dividedinto these groups: Group A, Normal; Group B, Abnormal. In Group B, there are twosub group: Group B1, mildly abnormal group (≤2chromosomalabnormalities);Group B2, severe abnormal group (≥3chromosomal abnormalities).Analysis of abnormal B Group VS A Group, B1Group VS A Group, B2Group VS AGroup, B2Group VS B1Group. Insight into the relationship between the genic resultsand the fragments and the number of the cleavage cells on Day2and Day3;Investigating the debris proportions and blastocyst formation whether are different.RESULTS: A total of46embryos have been checked in the process. We biopsiedthe embryonic blastomeres on Day3, using the Array CGH24sure V3method forchromosome screening, early embryonic development in circumstances indicate that(1). For the number of cell on Day3, the cell count under4have no significance between the normal group, Group A, and the abnormal group, Group B(P>0.05).They are all have the3-4cells most (54.5%VS68.6%). The differences of this twogroup is in5-6cells, the normal group is higher than the abnormal group (36.4%VS8.6%,P<0.05).(2) The differences of the number of cells between the normal groupand the abnormal group on Day3is in5-6cells, the rate of normal group is lowerthan the abnormal group (9.1%VS28.6%,P<0.05); for9-10cells, the rate of normalgroup is higher than the abnormal group(36.4%VS11.4%,P<0.05)(.3)For the Day2and Day3debris proportion, the abnormal group have much more debris than normalgroup (P<0.05), and the more abnormalities, the more debris.(4). There are greatdifferences on there ate of blastocyst formation between the normal group andabnormal group (P<0.05), the rate of blastocyst formation in normal group is higherthan abnormal group (100%VS71.4%), and the degreed blastocyst is fewer thanabnormal group (9.1%VS31.4%,P<0.05).(5).The pregnancy outcome is becomingbetter, the patients who have abnormal chromosomes and recurrent abortion have asuccessful pregnancy. Conclusion: Array CGH-24sure V3plays an important role in the embryonicpre-implantation genetic screening by which we have found that:(1).Whether canform the normal blastocyst can be a good reaction of the quality of embryos;(2).Thenumber of cell and proportion of debris on Day2, Day3reveal the embryotic potentialdevelopment ability, especially the severe chromosomal abnormalities can beexcluded.(4).The pregnancy outcome after the PGS is better.
