Objective: to investigate expression of JNK1 gene and protein in uterus during the process of embryo implantation. and early period of implanted embryo in mice.Methods: E0.5, E4.5, E6.5, E8.5, E10.5, E12.5 implanted embryo and uterus in this process and placenta of kunming mice were gathered. Realtime PCR technique was applied to detect the expression of JNK1 mRNA in different stage of implanted embryos and uterus. Immunohistochemical technique was applied to detect the expression of JNK1 protein in different stage of implanted embryos and uterus and placenta.Results: 1. expression level of embryo implatation: the expression of JNK1 in the uterus during the process of embryo implantation is the highest among that of all groups. And it is positive expressed in endometrium.2. expression level of implanted embryo: with the development of embryo, the expression of JNK1 is increasing gradually. JNK1 in embryonic early brains, nerve tissues and placental tissues has a different degree of positive expression.Conclusion: JNK1 may play an important positive role in the process of embryo implantation and it is essential for the maintenace of implanted embryonic development.
