Studies On Basis Of Effective Substances Of Mongolian Medicine Xieriga-4Compound

Xieriga-4, including curcuma, phellodendron, cape jasmine and tribulus terrestris, is widelypresent in the traditional Mongolian medicine and clinical for the treatment of urinary systeminfection. According to the 《Drug Standard of Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic ofChina (Mongolian Medicine Volume)》, Xieriga-4targets to diuresis, dispel hot and humid,used in the treatment of urine latch, urinary frequency, urgency, urine with blood, bladder painand other symptoms. In this study, the effective substances, based on the source ofprescription and preparations principle, was initially constructed by combination of potencyand chemical composition.The dissertation divides into three sectios, investigating on the effective material base ofMongolian medicinal formula Xieriga-4.Part one: Establishing the best extraction method and the preparation method of theeffective part.Part two: Illustrating the main chemical composition in the effective part of the complexprescription. Utilizing the physical and chemical identification, modern spectral analysistechniques (MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR and so on) to appraise the structure of the14monomerscompounds, which were separated from the complex prescription. Identified11compoundswhich were isolated from Mongolian medicine compound Xieriga-4. They are respectivelyobacunone, obaculactone, palmitic acid, demethoxycurcumin, curcumin, berberinehydrochloride, bisdemethoxy curcumin, curcumenol, vanillic acid, wogonin, genipingentiobioside.Part three: Establishing the preparation method and quality control system of Mongolianmedicine formula Xieriga-4.First, the thin-layer identification (TLC), total terpene, total phenolic, total alkaloid andindicative (geniposide and berberine and curcumin) content assay of Mongolian medicineformula Xieriga-4have been constructed successfully.Second, the total terpene, total phenolic, total alkaloid and indicative (geniposide and berberine and curcumin) content assay, the fingerprint determination method of the effectiveparts have been successfully founded, indicating the rationality of compatibility of medicinesin the complex prescription.
