In this thesis, we investigated the constituents and quality control of "Zhusheyong jiatong"-active fractions of the total extract of the root and rhizome of Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. etMaxim.) Harms . First, the constituents of Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. etMaxim. Alarms were studied. Ten compounds were isolated from the extract. On the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectra data, they were identified as: b-sitosterol (I), Eleutherosides A (II), Eleutherosides B (III), Eleutherosides D (IV), Pinoresinol (V), Pinoresinol-di-O-b-D-glucoside (VI), Geniposide (VII), Isofraxidin (VIII), asperuloside (IX), Hydroxypinoresinol-4, 4'-di-O-b-D-glucosido (X). Compound VII and IX were obtained from this plant for the first time.In this paper, the fraction of antimyocardial ischemia activity of the extract were screened. The effective fraction was identified, and the main active constituents of the effective fraction were studied on the activity.The important part of this article was the studies on the quility control of the "Zhusheyong jiatong", according to the technological requrement of the traditional Chinese medicine for injection. Each of the markers for identification on productive quility was established. We founded a determinationstandard with the Syringaresinol diglucoside used in the marker of quantitative analysis. In the mean time, the fingerprint of it was investigated under the technological requirement of SDA. |
