Objectives: Through know about level3hospital survey of Xinjiang, the Xinjiangeach population is related to different level3hospital nurse education requirements, theresults of the survey for the Xinjiang tertiary hospital nursing human resource allocationand nursing management to provide theoretical basis and reference. Method: Adopt themethod of questionnaire survey, the questionnaire is divided into n the self-assessment andhe (the head nurse, doctor) two kinds, in Xinjiang tertiary hospital, a total of three hospitalclinical departments sampling, extract the departments involved in inside, outside, wife,son, and surgery, intensive, emergency and outpatient service a total of eight departments,and departments of all the nurses and doctors in the smoke, the head nurse wereinvestigated, using SPSS17.0statistical analysis. Result:413nurses, Han341(82.6%),minority72(17.4%); in preparing the104(25.2%), non-Code309(74.8%); unmarried201(accounting for48.7%), married without children70(16.9%), married with children142(34.4%); the first academic secondary school nurses167(40.4%), college206(49.9%), undergraduate40(9.7%); final academic secondary school nurses51(12.3%),college274(66.4%), undergraduate and88(21.3%); titles nurses247(59.9%),129nurse practitioners (31.2%), charge nurse and36(8.7%), deputy director of the nurseand1(0.29%); length of service less than or equal to5years196(47.5%),6-10years129(31.2%),11-15years,49(11.9%)16-20years,16people (3.9%) more than20years,23(5.5%);159people younger than25years of age (%of your38.5%) of25-29year-old145(35.1%)30-3973(17.7%), aged40years and more than36people (accounting for8.7%).(2) Nurses self-assessment results: age, the ultimate degree, job title, seniority,nurses quality influencing factors. Matron her assessment results: Final education,comprehensive quality of the nurses, the titles exist; differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: The relevant departments should be given enoughattention, low seniority nurses to take effective measures to enhance the overall qualityof nurses, managers to the rational allocation of human resources, to mobilize thedifferent levels of nurses work to master the management skills, stable care team toprevent the brain loss and job burnout. Education management departments shouldimprove nursing education scale and level of education, strengthen the professionalquality education.
