Comparative Analysis Of Early Renal Carcinoma Operation Of Two Kinds Of Cutting Edge

Objective: To compare different margins in nephron-sparing operation in patientswith clinical efficacy, explore the small margins in nephron-sparing operation in treatmentof early renal cell carcinoma: safety and efficacy. Results: all cases of surgical margin were negative, twogroups of margin size averages,≤1cm was5.69±2.41m,12.54±1.37mm>1cm group, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the mean follow-up period was64months (range12~96months),<2cases in group1cm,≥1cm group in3cases died ofheart and brain blood vessel disease, both in the spread of cancer unrelated,<1cm groupwithin5years the death rate is3.8%,≥1cm within5years the death rate was8.3%,5yearsthe cancer-specific survival rate is100%.<1cm group of1patients45months after theonset of ipsilateral kidney with ectopic recurrence,5year recurrence rate was3.8%, morethan1cases in1cm group at24months postoperatively appeared in1cases of orthotopiclocal recurrence,5year recurrence rate was4.3%,2cases underwent radical nephrectomyafter survived to the present day. The recurrence rates of the two groups was notstatistically significant (P>0.05). Two groups of patients had no distant metastases andcancer specific death occurred.
