Objective: Studying the risk factors of renal disfunction of patients after radic al nephrectomy or partial nephrectomy by collecting the patient’s data who recived treatment in The First Teaching Hospital of XinJiang Medical University. Methods:Retrospective analysis of patient’s data who recived radical nephrectomy or partial nephrectomy in January 2003 to November 2014. Patients with renal disfunction b efore operation is excluded. CKD is diagnosised by using modified MDRD formul a. The data were statistically analyzed. Results: factor analysis of CKD group and non CKD group of patients with general information, including age(P=0.000), pre operative GFR level(P=0.003), surgery(P=0.025), 1 weeks after operation the leve l of eGFR(P=0.000) showed no significant differences. Gender(P=0.063) and nati onal(P=0.128), the pathological types of tumors(P=0.751) showed no significant d ifference. The warm ischemia time and tumor NSS surgery in the maximum diamete r of CDK the effect of postoperative single factor analysis, warm ischemia time du ring operation(p=0.001) and the maximum diameter of tumors(P=0.002) are the ri sk factors of postoperative CKD.The maximum diameter of CDK the effect of post operative univariate analysis of RN tumor, the maximum tumor diameter(P=0.041)were the risk factors for postoperative CKD.Conclusion age, preoperative GFR lev el, surgical procedure, postoperative 1 weeks, the level of eGFR during warm ische mia time, the maximum diameter of tumors were renal cell carcinoma after surgery were the independent risk factors for CKD.Conclusion: Age, preoperative GFR, op eration mode, postoperative GFR after one week is the risk factors of CKD after ope ration.Choice of radical nephrectomy(RN) is more likely to occur after surgery(NSS) compared with the retention of renal units(CKD). For NSS surgery warm ische mia time is an extra risk factor of CKD.
