Objective: To analyze the psychological state of elderly coronary heart diseasepatients, approach the role of Cystatin C in the mechanism of coronary heart disease withdepression by measurement the level of Cystatin C in the elderly coronary heart diseasepatients with depression, in order to come up with intervention strategy on treatingcoronary heart disease patients who were developed depression. Methods: object of studyselected The First Affiliated Hospital to Xinjiang Medical University of cardiology in July2011~March2012in parallel to be patient admitted to hospital with elderly coronaryheart disease patients. Study of the gender、ethnicity、occupation limited.103cases ofelderly patients with coronary heart disease with or without depression were divided intotwo groups: the elderly coronary heart disease patients with depression (group A) and theelderly coronary heart disease patients without depression (group B).Their age, gender,body mass index, smoking history, high blood Pressure, diabetes, hyperlipidemia andother general information were recorded and the Glu, Cr, BUN, CsyC, lipids and otherrelated subjects were tested. Results: Among the103cases of patients46cases of men(44.66%),57cases of women (55.34%), there were59cases (57.28%) of patientsaccompanied by depression, in which the males were21cases (35.6%) and the femaleswere38cases (64.5%), there was statistical significance between the male and femalecoronary heart disease patients with depressive mood differences. coronary heart diseasepatients accompanied with depression had a higher level of Cystatin C, the difference wasstatistically significant. Conclusion: Cystatin C level is related with the occurrence,development, treatment and prognosis of elderly coronary heart disease patients withdepression. |
