Objective:Study of64-row spiral CT high-resolution CT pulmonary quantitative indicators and lung function of the correlation between indicators, discuss respiratory bipolar lung CT scans for emphysema value. Methods:Using light speed64row spiral CT in78cases diagnosed in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease respiratory bipolar total lung high-resolution CT examination, whose HRCT images were analyzed through GE ADW4.4workstation to conclud lung volum. Pulmonary density were analyzed through PACS, to discuss the correlation of pulmonary density and lung volume and pulmonary function in HRCT. Results:Not at the same time in lung density in different severity in patients with copd exist significant difference (P<0.05); FEV1/FVC, FEV1, FVC level in different severity of copd patients were significant differences (P<0.05), Besides I stage copd, with the increase of the severity of disease, due to limited airflow caused by lung excessive air are more serious; With the increase of the severity of disease, emphysema associated lung volume index increase corresponding Vin, Vex, but did not see difference between in the different severity of COPD groups statistical significance (P>0.05); Breast reconstruction after lung volume index Vin, Vex and lung function measurements between FVC,FEV1, FEV1/FVC excellent correlation (P values <0.01), Vex and RV/TCL%there is good correlation between expected value (P<0.05), can reflect the air retention; Deep inspiratory lung density and FEV1/FVC, airflow obstruction and reaction gas retention of RV value have significant correlation (P<0.05);Conclusion:64row spiral CT dual phase breathing high resolution pulmonary quantitative index and pulmonary function has good correlation, can be used to evaluate severity of emphysema.
