Objective: Clearing heat and activating blood to promote infected wound healingafter anorectal operation, aimed at reducing the initial inflammation, healing ofwound infection with inflammation promote after anorectal operation, promote theclinical curative effect of wound repair, explore the purple even paste actionmechanism to promote wound healing.Methods: Violet even paste on the wound of a patient treatment, observation ofwound filling, cover the wound and the wound epithelium swelling, pain, effusion,determination of macrophage (CD68), lysozyme (Lyn) positive rate, determination ofvascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), fibroblast growth factor (SMA) positiverate. Cases included60patients with postanal space abscess incision shallow patientsafter radical mastectomy selection criteria, were randomly divided into purple evenointment in the treatment group30cases and Purple of30cases of vaseline. Purpleeven ointment in the treatment of topical ointment gauze, the control group withvaseline gauze, postoperative treatment5days observation of wound pain, swelling,effusion and, after5days,12days to observe the growth of granulation, postoperativetreatment5,12days according to randomly select purple. Ointment in the treatmentgroup10cases,10cases in the control group with Vaseline, granulation tissueformalin fixation pathology, immunohistochemistry detection, the positive rate ofdetermination of CD68, Lyn, the positive rate of VEGF, SMA were measured in12days after operation, immunohistochemical analysis.Result: After5days of Qingre Huoxue purple even ointment in the treatment ofwound pain, redness, group of seepage condition improved markedly in the Vaselinecontrol group (p<0.01). A control group of5days of granuloma growth treatmentgroup and vaseline after operation (p>0.01), no significant growth for12days;granuloma treated group significantly faster than Vaseline control group afteroperation (p<0.01).5days after operation, the positive rate of CD68in treatmentVaseline control group (p<0.05);5days after operation, the positive rate of Lyntreatment group and vaseline control group had no significant difference (p>0.10).12days after operation, the positive rate of VEGF in treatment group was significantlyhigher than that of Vaseline control (p<0.001);12days after operation, the positiverate of SMA in treatment group was significantly higher than that of Vaseline controlgroup (p<0.05). The wound healing rate, Qingre Huoxue purple even ointment in thetreatment group was significantly shorter than Vaseline control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: purple, even the cream has significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic,myogenic, reduce early postoperative wound influ response promoting anorectalpostoperative wound healing. The mechanism may promote wound healing withCD68, lysozyme and vascular endothelial growth factor, fibroblast relevant.
