Objective:To oberve the curative effect on AECOPD with QiHuangYiFei mixture onclinical symptoms, serum hs-CRP, serum PA,lung function,Degree of dyspnea withpatients.Methods:83AECOPD patients were randomly divided into two groups—the matchedgroup(Conventional treatment of Western Medicine) and the treatment group(QiHuangYiFei mixture+Conventional treatment of Western Medicine).83patientswere observed on symptoms, serum hs-CRP, serum PA,lung function,Degree ofdyspnea. This study adopts prospective method.Results:1.Contrast between the efficacy of the TCM Syndrome of two groups,theafter-treatment was better than the before-treatment(p<0.05);according to the totaleffective rate, the treatment group was better than the matched group(p<0.05).2.In reducing the serum hs-CRP and Increasing serum PA,both groups showed obviouseffect (P <0.05);the treatment group in reducing the serum hs-CRP and Increasing serumPA was better than the matched group(P <0.05).3.The effect of improving lung function, both groups showed obvious effect(P<0.05).After treatment,in improving FEV1and FEV1%,the treatment group was thanthe matched group(p<0.05);in bettering FEV1/FVC and FVC,the treatment groupwas similar with the matched group(p<0.05).4.In improving the degree of dyspnea, both groups showed obvious effect(P <0.05); thetreatment group in improving the degree of dyspnea was better than the matchedgroup(P <0.05).Conclusion: The "QiHuangYiFei mixture" could improve the clinical symptoms anddegree of dyspnea and reduce serum hs-CRP and increase serum PA, and partly improve lung function of the AECOPD patiens. The treatment is safe and effective,so it was worthbeing spreaded and researched further.
