Establishment And Application Of The Nursing Knowledge Of Disaster Emergency Scale

Objective: The study was to understand the status of the disaster emergency knowledgeamong nurses,assess disaster emergency knowledge training needs, in order tostrengthen nursing personnel training, preliminary build the nursing knowledge ofdisaster emergency scale.Apply the scale as the index for evaluating nursing trainingcourses on disaster emergency requirements and selecting disaster rescue nursing staff,So that to strengthen nursing personnel training, reserve disaster rescue nursing staff,improve the level of disaster emergency nursing.Methods: Through literature study and group discussion to establish item pool of thenursing knowledge of disaster emergency scale.Using two rounds of Delphi expertconsultation method to entry the preliminary screening, by convenience samplingmethod to collect219cases, Using exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis,correlation analysis, examine the reliability and validity of the scale, form the nursingknowledge of disaster emergency scale. Through the questionnaire survey of960casesof nursing staff, using describe measurement data, frequency, constituent ratiodescribe enumeration data. Using t-test, single factor variance analysis and LSD-t testto compare different demographic characteristics of disaster emergency knowledgescore between two or more group differences, more factors using multiple linearregression analysis, the inspection level of0.05.Results:1、Preliminary constructed the nursing knowledge of disaster emergency scale, total of40items, by the method of factor analysis and maximum variance dataorthogonal rotation, get six characteristic root is greater than1, cumulative contributionrate is69.26%, and analysis in the previous six common factors combining gravelfigure. Six common factor, respectively:"incident command system","triageclassification","communication and contact","special care and isolation,decontamination,""report and obtain important resources" and "biological agents".Eachentry in the factor of load value is0.632-0.906, the cumulative variance explained rateis69.257%.Ttotal score and various factors of the correlation coefficient is between0.731-0.951(P <0.001), and each factor to the correlation coefficient is between0.502-0.818, the general Cronbach alpha coefficient is0.975,6factors of Cronbachalpha coefficient were0.768,0.799,0.752,0.865,0.819,0.813. The retest reliabilitycoefficient is0.916.2、Descriptive research and single factor analysis the master degree of disasteremergency nursing knowledge: the average of disaster emergency nursing knowledgescore is3.25±0.72, the lowest score is “special care and isolation, decontamination”:3.00±0.86, the highest score is"triage classification":3.62±0.77. Single factor analysisresults showed that different emergency preparedness continuing education credits(F=5.147, P=5.147), hospital grade (t=2.485, P=2.485), education (F=3.689, P=0.025),operating post (F=5.889, P=5.889), geography (F=2.785, P=2.785), identity (localhospital)(t=2.177, P=2.177) and presence of degree (t=2.430, P=0.015), Whetherinvolved in large-scale emergency ambulance (t=3.534, P=3.534) between thedifference was statistically significant, and different gender (t=0.199, P=0.199), age(F=1.489, P=0.224), title (F=2.048, P=2.048), years of working (t=0.720, P=0.472), thenature of the hospital (t=0.769, P=0.769), identity (army hospital)(F=0.875，P=0.418）between the difference was no statistically significant.3、Mult-variable linear return analysis the master degree of disaster emergency nursingknowledge: There are four variables entered the regression equation. Whether involvedin large-scale emergency ambulance, education, emergency preparedness continuing education credits, operating post Is important influencing factors of disaster emergencynursing knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusion:1、The nursing knowledge of disaster emergency scale has good reliabilityand validity, can be used as a selection index of emergency nursing and specific nursingtraining courses on disaster emergency requirements.2、General knowledge of disaster emergency nursing is low, need to improve the nursingdisaster emergency knowledge witn low degree and low hospital grade, encouragenurses to participate in disaster nursing continuing education, participate in large-scaleemergency treatment work, reserve disaster rescue nursing staff, improve the level ofdisaster emergency nursing.
