The Expression In Serum Endoglin And Liver X Receptor α Of Patients With Hypertensive Disorders Complicating Pregnancy | | Posted on:2014-04-01 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:W Du | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2254330401968782 | Subject:Obstetrics and gynecology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | ObjectiveTo discuss the serum levels and significance of soluble endoglin and soluble liver Xreceptor α in women the women of normal pregnancy and patients with hypertensivedisorder complicating pregnancy, and to explore the relationship of endoglin and liver Xreceptor-α levels in serum of patients with hypertensive disorder complicatingpregnancy and the correlation.MethodsELISA was used to detect the levels of Endoglin and liver X receptor α in serum of44patients with HDCP (including15patients with gestational hypertension,14patientswith mild preeclampsia,and15patients with severe preeclampsia) and16normalpregnant women (control group),22second trimester normal pregnant women, whowere treated in obstetrical department of the hospital from February2011toSeptember2011.Results1. The Endoglin levels and liver X receptor α levels in serum of normal pregnant atdifferent trimester: Serum levels of Endoglin increased from the second trimester (1.14±0.46) ng/mlto the third trimester (0.83±0.32) ng/ml,there was significant difference betweenthem(P<0.05).Serum levels of liver X receptor α increased from the second trimester (2.79+0.87)ng/ml to the third trimester (2.59+1.18) ng/ml,there was no significant differencebetween them(P>0.05).2. The Endoglin levels and liver X receptor α levels in serum of the patients withhypertensive disorder complicating pregnaney:Serum levels of endoglin (2.86±2.15) ng/ml in hypertensive disordercomplicating pregnancy group was significantly higher than that (1.14±0.46)ng/ml incontrol group (P<0.05).Serum levels of endoglin in gestation hypertension (1.68±0.78) ng/ml,mild preeclampsia (2.49±1.10) ng/ml,and severe preeclampsia(4.44±2.94)ng/ml group were gradually elevated, there were significant differencesamong them (P<0.05), They were increased with the increase of gestational age.Serum levels of liver X receptor α (4.67±2.12) ng/ml in hypertensive disordercomplicating pregnancy group was significantly higher than that (2.79±0.87) ng/ml incontrol group(P<0.05).Serum levels of endoglin in gestation hypertension (3.57+0.86) ng/ml,mild preeclampsia (4.48+0.92) ng/ml,and severe preeclampsia (6.05+3.12) ng/ml group were gradually elevated, there were significant differences amongthem (P<0.05).3.There was a positive correlation between serum liver X receptor level and serumEndoglin level in HDCP group and control group (r=0.477,P<0.01; r=0.654,P<0.01). Conclusions1.The serum Endoglin level increases in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, and has correlation with disease severity.2.The serum LXRα level increases in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, and has correlation with disease severity.3.There was a positive correlation between serum liver X receptor level and serumEndoglin level in HDCP group and control group,we suggested LXR may raiseEndoglin expression. The pathogenesis of HDCP is not clear, but we found Endoglinand LXR-α are related to HDCP, studying on Endoglin and LXR-α maybe is a goodway to prevent, diagnose and treat HDCP. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy, Endoglin, liver X receptorα | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
