Objective: To investigate the relationship of pathogenicfactors, complications and pregnancy outcomes in hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy.Methods:①The clinical data of 194 cases of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP) were collected from January 2008 to August 2010 in General Hospital of Beijing Military Command which were as the group of clinical observation. 200 cases of the health pregnancy at the same time in the hospital were randomly selected as clinical control group. Comparing the complication and pregnancy outcomes between the two groups.②Randomly selected 71 cases from the group of clinical observation group which were as the causes observation study group(25 cases have the gestational hypertension, 23 cases have the mild pre-eclampsia, 23 cases have the severe pre-eclampsia). Meanwhile, randomly selected 20 cases normal pregnancy as the causes control group, Immunohistochemistry was used to detected the expression of Endoglin and LXRαin the placentas.Results:①The age, body mass index (BMI), primipara, family history, negative mood in the group of the clinical observation group were significantly higher than that in the clinical control group(P<0.05). Education, income in the group of the clinical observation group were lower than that in the clinical control group(P<0.05).②Postpartum hemorrhage rate, placental abruption, HELLP, Vascular anomalies, in the group of clinical observation group were significantly high.③Fetal distress, asphyxia neonatorum, Low Birth Weight Infant, fetal anomaly, stillbirth in the group of clinical observation significantly elevated than that in clinical control group(P<0.05).④In the group of the clinical observation, there is remarkable adverse pregnancy outcomes. ⑤The expression of Endoglin was obviously higher in the causes observation group than in the causes control group (P<0.05) and were increased gradually among gestational hypertension, mild pre-eclampsia and severe pre-eclampsia groups (P<0.05). The expression of Endoglin was little higher trend in gestational hypertension group than in the causes control group, but it hadn't the statistical significance(P>0.05).⑥The expressive level of LXR-αwas obviously higher in the causes observation group than that in the causes control group (P<0.05). The LXR-αexpression of placenta was increased gradually among gestational hypertension, mild pre-eclampsia and severe pre-eclampsia groups (P<0.05). The expressive level of LXR-αwas little higher trend in gestational hypertension group than in the causes control group, but it hasn't the statistical significance(P>0.05).⑦Endoglin were positive correlation with LXR-αlevels in placenta of HDCP(r=0.369,P<0.01).Conclusion:①The incidence of HDCP is related to mother's age, education, income, body mass index, primipara, family history, negative mood.②HDCP is related to bad outcome pregnancy, which is one of the important reason of the death of the pregnant women and fetuses.③HDCP is positively treated and prevented which is useful to against the adverse outcome.④The pathogenesis of HDCP is not clear, but we found Endoglin and LXR-αare related to HDCP, studying on Endoglin and LXR-αmaybe is a good way to prevent, diagnose and treat HDCP.
