Objective: this study through the determination of TGF- in preeclampsia patients peripheral blood beta 1, s Eng concentration and placental tissue TGF- beta 1, expression level of Endoglin, comparison between preeclampsia and normal maternal placental tissue in the expression of TGF- beta 1 and Endoglin and its corresponding serum TGF-beta 1, s Eng content, study its correlation, explore TGF- beta 1, Endoglin, s Eng roles in preeclampsia etiology and pathogenesis, and further for the prediction, diagnosis and treatment in clinical provide new theoretical basis.methods:Randomly selected from June 2014- December 2014 in hospital obstetrics and gynecology hospital of 60 patients with preeclampsia(including mild preeclampsia group and control group, 30 cases of severe preeclampsia group 30 cases), select the same blood pressure normal maternal 30 cases as control group. Three groups of patients in age, gestational age, birth way and there was no significant difference between pregnant time. By using double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA) determination of the research object in the peripheral blood of qing dynasty TGF- beta 1, s Eng concentration. Placental tissue TGF- beta 1, Endoglin detection by immunohistochemical SP method. Will analyze the data using SPSS20.0 package,measurement data with mean±standard deviation, said using analysis of variance, count data by chi-square test.Results:1. Serum TGF- beta 1 in normal pregnancy group, the mild preeclampsia group,concentration of severe preeclampsia group were 673.68± 25.16 ng/L, 930.93 ± 30.34ng/L,1090.88±31.37ng/L, serum s Eng in normal pregnancy group, mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia group concentration in each group were 24.76±3.39 ng/ml, 38.15 ±3.15 ng/ml, 3.15± 3.60 ng/ml. As the illness aggravating, TGF- beta 1 / s Eng concentration showed a trend of rising. Compared with control group, mild and severe preeclampsia group serum TGF- beta 1 / s Eng concentration increased significantly,severe preeclampsia group of TGF- beta 1 / s Eng in serum is higher than mild preeclampsia group, and differences are significant statistical significance(p < 0.01).2. TGF- beta 1 in normal pregnancy group, mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia group TGF- beta 1 positive rate is 26.67%, 76.67% and 93.33%, respectively, Endoglin in the normal control group, mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia group expression in placenta of positive rate are 30.00%, 73.33% and 30.00% respectively, from the overall situation, condition is heavier, the expression of TGF- beta 1 positive rate is higher, as the trend of increasing. Three groups, according to two comparison between mild and severe preeclampsia group placenta expression of TGF- beta 1 / Endoglin stronger than the normal control group, the difference is statistically significant(p < 0.016), while mild and severe preeclampsia group, there was no statistically significant difference(p >0.016).3. Between groups in the serum between s Eng and TGF- beta 1 in the serum were positively correlated, correlation coefficient r of 0.75, 0.69, 0.72, respectively. Groups of placenta tissue TGF- beta 1 has positive correlation with the expression of Endoglin,correlation coefficient r were 0.70, 0.65, 0.72; Groups of placenta tissue TGF- beta 1 and has a positive correlation between serum of TGF- beta 1, correlation coefficient r were0.67, 0.73, 0.71; Each s Eng in the serum and placenta Endoglin also positively correlated,correlation coefficient r of 0.75, 0.72, 0.71, respectively. And the differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1. Serum TGF- beta 1, s Eng was involved in the process of normal pregnancy and preeclampsia. The heavier and condition, the expression of serum TGF- beta 1 and s Eng is higher.2. The placenta tissue of TGF- beta 1, the excessive expression of Endoglin, closely associated with the onset of preeclampsia, as the illness aggravating, expression gradually increase.3. Serum s Eng may be placental tissue secretes a form of soluble Endoglin, and with the mutual interaction of TGF- beta 1 between involved in the circulation of the blood in the regulation of blood pressure and damage of endothelial cells.
