Mobile health means collecting physiological information directly through mobile terminals or transmitting physiological information collected by devices to mobile phone, thus Smartphone could provide remote medical services through 3G and WIFI. In recent years,with the maturing internet technology, small, portable and embedded intelligent terminal, continuous development of wireless communication technology, the mobile health is developing quickly.Basing on research in a mobile medical information terminal, a remote Electrocardiogram(ECG) monitoring system is designed, depended on a kind of Smartphone which can collect ECG. This system comprise mobile ECG monitor, remote server side and networking client. After log in mobile ECG monitor, doctor users could found several patient users, then it will collect ECG information for users.Collected information would be transmitted to remote server side through 3G or WIFI. After receiving and analyzing information,remoter server side would provide diagnosis and transmit it to the mobile ECG monitor by push news and message form.Doctors on duty in the Monitoring Center could provide medication guide and help to patients through telephone connection if necessary.This article introduces the developing general situation and research status of remote ECG monitoring system which is based on mobile terminal,frameworks for system, function module and key technology for realizing. It also introduces the realization and performance analysis of remote ECG monitoring system's center server and mobile ECG monitor's soft.Adopting Socket communication mode, server side's soft realized by C# based on net frameworks could communicate with mobile ECG monitor and network clients side. Mobile monitor transmits collected information to center server side through 3G and WIFI connected to the internet. After server side received information, diagnosis will be transmitted to mobile monitors through group messaging device using push news and messages form. Both mobile monitor and server side save the clients' physiological information.
