Object:With continuous development of the new medical reform and the health informatization, a growingnumber of hospitals were using ERP into the management of hospital, but it was rarely reported in ourcountry. This study was aimed to analyze the factors and every aspect that affecting the implementation ofERP, and identify the main factors that affect the ERP implementation in hospital. Combined with theconclusion of interviews with key specialists, this study was offered scientific and reasonable suggestionsto other hospitals of the implementation of ERP in the future. Methods: First, establishing the questionnaire through literature analysis and Delphi method, and analyzingthe sample data collected from the survey using the statistical indicators such as mean, variance bySPSS17.0.Then finding the common factor that impacting the implementation of hospital ERP using theprincipal component analysis method, and comparing the different reaction of different interest group to theinfluencing factors using rank sum test.Last, identifying the key factors affecting the hospital ERPimplementation using simple linear regression and multiple linear stepwise regression. Results: The questionnaire structure validity was be measured by factor analysis, the result of KMO was0.767, and the value of approximate chi-square was1298.301, so the significant level of P<0.001,and thenextracted the eigenvalues of the correlation matrix using the principal component analysis method, we gotsix factors that the results were more than1,and the accumulated degree was up to71.89%, means the sixfactors could explain71.89%of the variation, so the internal scale has good consistency. Through thereliability analysis, Cronbach ’s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire of influencing factors of ERPimplementation in hospital is0.763,which means good reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Thescore of ERP implementation in hospital was8.09±0.541, which means the implementation of ERP in thetwo hospitals achieved the intended purpose. According to the results of rank sum test of different groups(hospital and enterprise), there were differences in the influencing factors and implementing resultsbetween the hospital staff and the enterprise personnel. Through the calculation of multiple stepwiseregression analysis, from27factors,there are12important factors combined explain variation is81.6%,namely12variables in the table can predict turnover intention81.6%hospital ERP implementationsatisfaction. Conclusion: The six common factors of the factors affecting the ERP implementation in hospital were thebasic conditions of hospital, the coordination factor, the technology support of system, the basic conditionsof manufacturers, consulting services, and external factors. These were12factors such as the attention ofhospital leaders, the development of the hospital software manufacturers appraisal index, appropriate for thetraining of relevant personnel, software manufacturers implement method and so on. that can explain81.6%of the variance. Based on the research results, we put forward the following suggestions: first, hospital needs consulting work in the early phase; secondly, the hospital should pay attention to the data’scollection; thirdly, choosing large scale software vendors that familiar with the hospital business and have implementation experiences; the fourth, paying attention to the feedback and negotiation during theimplementation process; the fifth, leadership of hospitals should attach great attention to theimplementation of ERP in hospitals, and promote the management level..
