Research On Influencing Factors Of Service Utilization Rate Of Internet Hospital

Objective:Based on the analysis of the development history of Internet medical services and Internet hospitals in China,this study screens and sorts out the influencing factors and stakeholders of Internet service utilization.Through the establishment of a dynamic evolutionary game model between doctors and patient groups and the construction of a structural equation model to verify the corresponding hypotheses,the factors influencing the utilization rate of Internet hospital services are found and corresponding suggestions are made to guide more patients and doctors to effectively participate in Internet hospital services.Continuously improve the utilization rate of Internet hospital services.Methods:This study uses evolutionary game theory to establish basic assumptions and construct an evolutionary game profit matrix between doctors and patients,solve the dynamic equilibrium point of the evolutionary game model,and use the Jacobian matrix judgment method to perform mixed strategy stability on the obtained equilibrium point analyze,give a copy of the dynamic phase diagram,obtain an evolutionary stable strategy for the strategic behavior of doctors and patients,analyze the impact of influencing factors on the evolution result through matlab software system simulation;establish influencing factor assumptions,use structural equation models and the first batch of Internet in Anhui Province Hospital-related data is verified and analyzed using spss22.0 software.Results:(1)In the process of internet hospital consultation service,the subsidy provided by the hospital to doctors,the cost paid by doctors for providing internet hospital consultation service,the cost of patients using internet hospital consultation service,etc.will change the strategic choices of patients and doctors;(2)The degree of seriousness of doctors(β=0.400,p<0.05)and online reputation of doctors(β=0.242,p<0.05)are all relevant to the utilization rate of Internet hospital services Significant positive impact,while online consultation fees(β=0.314,p<0.05)have a significant negative impact on the utilization of Internet hospital services;(3)The degree of seriousness of doctors and online reputation of doctors on the utilization of Internet hospital services The standardized coefficients of the rate dropped from 0.553 to 0.400 and 0.341 to 0.242,respectively,and still have a significant impact,indicating that online consultation fees have a partial intermediary effect in the influence of doctors’seriousness and online reputation on the utilization of Internet hospital services.Conclusions:(1)Hospitals should establish effective incentive mechanisms and improve doctors’ online reputation,increase subsidies for doctors,implement performance-based salary rewards for doctors,strengthen doctors’service awareness,and improve doctors’ online reputation;(2)The government should promote medical insurance payments to Internet medical services.Open up,improve the medical insurance payment system for "Internet+" medical services,reduce the burden of patients on Internet diagnosis and treatment,and actively explore regulatory measures to provide more space for the development of the Internet hospital industry.
