Methods：The60cases of hot and humid Blockage of RA earlypatients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in eachgroup: The control group: patients were given leflunomide tablets+celecoxib capsules,leflunomide tablets20mg orally once daily, Celebrex Capsules200mg orally oncedaily,the sand treatment group: Patients were given the Chinese Dang Gui Nian TongTang on the basis of the control group medication,a daily Shui jian fu, Morning andevening each200ml,4weeks for a course of treatment, observation of a course oftreatment.Observe the changes of before and after of treatment in clinical symptoms, signsand laboratory parameters (ESR, CRP, RF) and gastrointestinal changes in the incidence ofadverse reactions.Results：1. The two groups total efficacy: the treatment group was86.7%, the controlgroup was73.3%, compared to the two groups the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.Clinical symptoms and signs: two groups after treatment than before treatment of morning stiffness,joint pain, joint swelling, joint activity improved significantly (P<0.01), the two groups after treatmentin the treatment of joint pain (P>0.05), the other effect than the control group (P<0.05).3.Laboratoryindicators: After treatment, ESR, CRP, the RF indicators than before treatment significantly reduced(P<0.01), the two groups after the treatment, the treatment group than the control group (P <0.05).4.Incidence of adverse reactions: the incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was6.6%,the Incidence of adverse reactions of the control group was26.7%,two groups compared the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion：(1) Chinese Dang Gui Nian Tong Tang combinedwith Western medicine (leflunomide tablets+Celebrex capsules) to treat hot and humidBlockage type RA early patients, in the total clinical efficacy superior to westernmedicine alone.(2) to reduce the patient joint index, reduce joint pain, joint swelling,improve joint mobility, lower ESR, CRP, RF laboratory indicators, with the group beforetreatment more significant improvement in addition to compare two groups after treatmentof joint pain, and I are better than western medicine alone effect.(3) Chinese medicineDang Gui Nian Tong Tang combined with Western medicine (leflunomide tablets+celecoxib capsules) treatment of the hot and humid with Blockage type RA early patientsincidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than western medicine group, theuse of traditional Chinese medicine incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions thanlow, high security.
