Objective: To evaluate the effect of relining on Kennedy Ⅱ defect of dentitionrepaired by MK-1precision attachment.Methods:12patients on Kennedy Ⅱ defect of dentition with abutment teeth healthily, repaired by MK-1precision attachment. All the patients were divided into two groups. Inexperimental group, on the one side12teeth were prepared by the homonymy and anotherside as control teeth in control group. Follow-up, and recorded BI、GI、GCF、GCF-ALP,in0、3、6months. Measure the alveolar bone absorption height in6month, andrelining.After3month recorded BI、GI、GCF、GCF-ALP again. Analyzes the indexchanges, and periodontal condition situation.Results:1) After6month, Statistical difference was been found in above two groups (P<0.05).2) In experimental group BI、 GI、GCF、 GCF-ALP levels have increased, statistical difference was been found in experimental group between0/3/6months (P<0.05).3) The statistically significant was found on GCF、GCF-ALP levels before andafter relining (P<0.05).Conclusions: Repaired by MK-1precision half a year later, the absorption was found indistal alveolar bone, the stress increased on free end abutment. The patients were foundperiodontal inflammation. The relining treatment has beneficial and clinical curative onperiodontium health.
