| Objective:The relationship between high risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection and cervical neoplasm in low genital tract of female was investigated.Methods:3528 cases of cervical neoplasm screening women were conducted by using gene chip technology diversion hybridization for HPV testing of cervical secretions in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2008 to October 2010. 205 cases of chronic cervicitis, 98 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN)â… , 85 cases of CINâ…¡, 117 cases of CINâ…¢and 72 cases of cervical cancer (including 11 cases of adeno -carcinoma and 61 cases of squamous cell carcinoma) were confirmed by histopathological examination and HR-HPV infection were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The overall rate of HPV infection was 30.50% (1076/3528), in which HR-HPV infection rate was 25.14% (887/3528). By descending order of the top 10 in the HPV infection cases were HPV16, 52, 58, 11, 53, 31, 18, CP8304, 6 and 68. The overlap rate of HPV infection was 7.09% (250/3528), in which double infection rate was 5.28% (188/3528), mainly HPV16 combined with other types of HPV infection based. The rate of HR-HPV infection was 69.48% (255/372) in 372 cases of cervical neoplasia. The positive rate of HPV16 in which was 32.15% (116/372), HPV58 positive rate 15.80% (58/372), followed by other HR-HPV (decreasing) for HPV52, 18, 31, 68, 33, 39, 56, 59, 51, 45 and 35. The rate of multiple HPV infection was 22.99% in the 372 cases of cervical neoplasia and the HPV16, 18 and 52 double infection each other was more commonable. The association of HR-HPV infection in cervical carcinoma with histological grade,FIGO stage, depth of stroma involvement and pathological types had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The HR-HPV infection in low genital tract of female was closely related with cervical neophasm. The rate of HR-HPV infection was significantly increased from lower to higher grade of cervical intraepithelial lesions. The multiple HR-HPV infetion may corretate to development of cervical neophasm.Detection the infection of HR-HPV may be of a certain value in screening and diagnosis of cervial neophasm. |
