Clinical Study Of Tongfengxiao Particles In The Treatment Of Gouty Arthritis In Chronic Phase (the Deficiency Of HanshiBizu)

Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Kunming Yunnan650011Objective:Observation of clinical curative effect， Tongfengxiao granules onchronic gout arthritis of cold-dampness syndrome type safety and to explore itstherapeutic mechanism.Methodology:elect60patients met the inclusion criteria for gout in chronic phase(hanshi Bizu type) patients， randomly divided into two groups.Experimental groupof30patients with15g， Tongfengxiao particles， oral，3times/day; the controlgroup of30cases， give allopurinol tablets100mg， oral，3times/day.The twogroups were4weeks for a course of treatment.Compare the two groups wereobserved before and after treatment in patients with total therapeutic effect， clinicalsymptoms and signs，UA， ESR， CRP and other indicators， evaluate the curativeeffect.Results:1.The treatment group and the control group of clinical efficacy in thetreatment group total effective rate of86.67%，73.33%of the total efficiency of thecontrol group， The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).TCM symptoms and compare the efficacy of the treatment group was90.00%，76.67%of the total efficiency of the control group， the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).3.Two groups before and after treatment clinical symptoms total score， there weresignificant differences (P<0.01)， the treatment group than the control group (P<0.01) between the two groups after treatment. Both groups improved clinicalsymptoms and reduced symptom scores (P <0.01or P<0.05)， and the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).4.The two groups were compared to serum uric acid levels decreased (P <0.01)，but no significant difference between two groups after treatment (P>0.05). The twogroup can decrease ESR， CRP level (P <0.05)， and the treatment group than thecontrol group.5.Treatment group blood and urine routine， liver and kidney function during theobservation period found no obvious abnormalities and no skin allergies，gastrointestinal reactions and other adverse reactions.Conclusion: Tongfengxiao particles of hanshiBizu typ on gout in chronic periodsyndrome， can significantly improve the clinical symptoms， reduce the level ofuric acid，The drug is effective and security in the treatment of gout in chronicperiod.
