objective:The topics to be adopted by the animal experiments in rats,chronic renal failure rat kidney tissue Smad3observed Jiangzhuo particles of Smad7in the treatment of chronic renal failure in rats to clear Jiangzhuo particles, as well asto explore its therapeutic mechanism.Methods:Select healthy male Wistar rats120,5/6subtotal nephrectomy Act (twophases surgery) CFR rat model.The rats were randomly divided into six groups.①theJiangzhuo particles high dose treatment group [16.2g/kg.d];②Jiangzhuo particlesdose treatment group[8.1g/kg.d]; the;③J iangzhuo particles of low-dose treatmentgroup[4.05g/kg.d];④benazepril control group[1.2mg/d];⑤model control group[saline2ml/d];⑥sham group[saline2ml/d].The rats administered after60days in arow were sacrificed blood and kidney tissue specimens sent. Detection:①serumBUN,Scr,Ca,P;(2)immunohistochemistry assay in renal tissue of Smad3of Smad7expression.Results:Of each dose group of:①Jiangzhuo particles can reduce CRF rat serumBUN, Scr to its efficacy and benazepril (P>0.05); the dose group②Jiangzhuoparticles could improve the the CRF rats hypocalcemia high phosphorus, dropthecloud particle efficacy of each dose group benazepril quite (P>0.05);③thedescending cloud particles can suppress the the renal failure Glomerule Smad3expression, improve low expression of Smad7in renal failure, renal tissue state, high,middle dose group and model control group, the difference wassignificant(P<0.05),high dose treatment group and control group benazepril differencewas not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Descending the turbid particles can be raised5/6renal resection ofrenal tissue expression of Smad7, inhibit the expression of Smad3, which interfere with renal interstitial fibrosis, delaying the progress of rat renal failure, especially inthe high, middle dose group effect,its efficacy and benazepril quite.
