| Objective:To observe the treatment of Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction on adenine-induced chronic renal failure mice and to supply the objective, scientific experimental basis for the clinical application.Methods:Mice were fed with adenine to induce chronic renal failure. After getting the successful model, Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction was given to treat for 28 days and observing changes of weight. Getting the blood, and making the blood centrifuged at the speed of 3000r/min for 10min to get serum.Detect serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, serum phosphorus, calcium, cholesterol, triglycerides uric acid.etc by fully automatic biochemical analyzer. Take both kidneys, remove excess tissue and weigh the wet weight of them to calculate kidney coefficient and take one kidney for pathological examination.Results:Compared with the normal group after treatment, body weight and serum calcium levels of renal failure model group were significantly decreased (P<0.01); kidney coefficient, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, phosphorus, cholesterol and triglyceride levels were significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with model group after treatment, kidney coefficient, blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,phosphorus, cholesterol and triglyceride levels of the high, medium and low-dose group of Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction and Niaoduqing group were significantly decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Weight and serum calcium levels were significantly increased (P<0.05 or P <0.01).Pathology showed that the mice's kidney damage of the high, medium and low-dose group of Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction and Niaoduqing group has reduced.Conclusion:Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction has a therapeutic effect on adenine-induced chronic renal failure mice. |
