Clinical Yiqihuoxue Dampness Jiangzhuo Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure Was Observed

Objectives:The purpose of this study is to observe the influence of Yiqihuoxuehuashijiangzhuo decoction on treating chronic renal failure of pishenqixu mingled with turbid dampness and blood stasis by tonifying Qi, activating blood and eliminating dampness. After the treatment according to the change of general integral of TCM symptoms, renal function (SCr, BUN, CysC, GFR) and ALB, trying to make an objective evaluation of the clinic effects, and to study the mechanisms of the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine further.Methods:54patients diagnosed with CRF were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine while patients of treatment group were given the Yiqihuoxuahuashijiangzhuo decoction daily and the treatment of control group. Both groups were treated for eight weeks as one course. Then observe the change of general integral of TCM symptoms and other laboratory parameters before and after the treatment, and compare the effects of the two groups after one course.Results:(1) the total clinic effect comparison:the total efficiency of the treatment group was88.9%, while it was85.2%in the control group. There was significant difference(P<0.05) between the two group.(2) Comparison of total score of TCM symptoms:after treatment, the treatment group’the total score of TCM symptoms was lower than the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05).(3) Comparison of general effects of TCM symptoms:the rate of treatment group was88.9%, while in the control group it was63.0%.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).(4) Comparison of individual main scores of TCM symptoms:after therapy, the individual main symptom scores between the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).(5) Comparison of the kidney function:the treatment group’Scr fell and GFR rose while the control group were opposite, there were significant difference (P<0.05).(6) Comparison of ALB:neither the two groups had effect on improving albumin concentration.(7) Safety analysis:there was no obvious adverse effect in two groups.Conclusion:Yiqihuoxuahuashijiangzhuo decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure of pishenqixu mingled with turbid dampness and blood stasis.It can also improve the renal function, and delay the progress of chronic kidney disease. Lastly, no obvious adverse effect has been found. In summer, it is suggested that the decoction was a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine decoction.
