The Research Of The Effect Of The Liver-invigorating And Fat-reducing Particles To The Insulin Resistance Of The Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective:The main purpose is to research the curative effect of the liver-invigoratingand fat-reducing particles to the insulin resistance of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:Take patients into two groups,to observe curative effect between twogroups,to analyze the reducing of insulin resistance,ALT,AST,GGT, TG,TC,LDL-C,WC,BW,BMI,and the relief of TCM syndrome(syndrome of qi stagnation and bloodstasis).Results:1. Treatment group can reduce patient’s IRI(p<0.05),control group can notreduce patient’s IRI(p>0.05).And there’s a remarkably significant difference betweentwo group’s extent of changing (p<0.01),treatment group was much better thancontrol group.2.Treatment group can observably reduce level of ALT,AST,and GGT(three p are allless than0.01),control group can also observably reduce the level ofALT(p<0.01),AST(p<0.01),and GGT(p<0.01).There’s no difference between twogroup’s reducing extent of ALT(p>0.05) and AST(p>0.05),and a significant differencebetween two group’s reducing extent of GGT(p<0.05),treatment group was betterthan control group.3.Treatment group can observably reduce level of TG,TC,and LDL-C(three p are allless than0.01),but there’s no difference after control group’s treatment withthem(three p are all greater than0.05). There’s a remarkably significant differencebetween two group’s extent of reducing(three p are all less than0.01),treatment groupwas much better than control group. 4.Treatment group can reduce level of WC,BW,and BMI(three p are all less than0.05),but there’s no difference after control group’s treatment with them(three p are allgreater than0.05). There’s a remarkably significant difference between two group’sextent of reducing(three p are all less than0.01),treatment group was much better thancontrol group.5.Treatment group’s reducing extent of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease’s syndrome ofqi stagnation and blood stasis was heavier then control group’s(p<0.01), treatmentgroup was much better than control group.Conclusion:Liver-invigorating and fat-reducing particles can relieve the nonalcoholicfatty liver disease，especially relieve the insulin resistant. It can also reduce the levelof ALT,AST,GGT,TG,TC,LDL-C,WC,BW,BMI and reduce syndrome of qi stagnationand blood stasis.
