Clinical Study On Treatment Of Elderly Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Knee Osteoarthritis Of Liver Of Invigorating The Kidney And Regulating Menstruation

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of tonifying kidney tonifying method on knee osteoarthritis of elderly patients with liver depression and kidney deficiency,and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodAccording to the TCM syndrome,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were included in the standard were randomly divided into two groups:the traditional Chinese medicine group(test group)and the oral administration group Western medicine group(control group).Two groups of patients do not use other similar Chinese medicine or Western medicine treatment.The changes of total symptom score,knee swelling,VAS score,knee joint activity,knee Lysholm score and SDS depression score were observed before and after treatment for 30 days.The clinical efficacy of the evaluation,observation and timely records of the treatment process of serious adverse reactions.Data were collected and collated,and SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results1.There were no significant differences in the VAS score,knee joint activity,swelling,total symptom score of Chinese medicine,Lysholm score of knee joint and SDS depression score before treatment,before and after treatment.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).2.After 30 days of treatment,the VAS score,joint activity,swelling,total score of TCM syndrome,Lysholm score and SDS depression score of the patients in the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05)Patients have achieved a good clinical efficacy.3.There were no significant differences in VAS score,joint activity,swelling,total symptom score and Lysholm score of knee joint between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The difference of SDS depression score was significant(P<0.05).4.After 30 days of treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS score difference,difference in joint activity,difference in swelling score,difference between total symptom score and Lysholm score of knee in both the test group and the control group(P>0.05).The difference of SDS depression score was significant(P<0.05).5.After 30 days of treatment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionKidney-tonifying liver treatment of elderly liver and kidney deficiency knee osteoarthritis effect is satisfactory,can reduce the pain of patients,improve knee activity,and no serious adverse drug reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
