Obejectivests: To identify the effects of Previous Angina on serum sICAM andhs-CRP concentrations before and after PCI in AMI patients by comparison ofhigh-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and checking the alteration of serumsoluble intercellular adhesion molecule (sICAM) level in acute myocardialinfarction(AMI) patients before and1h,12h,24h,48h after percutaneous coronaryintervention (PCI). In order to estimate the possible myocardium injury by PCI ofrevascularization. In order to explore pre-infarction angina impacted serum levels ofsICAM hs-CRP of the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients before and afterPCI. To make sure whether pre-infarction angina can reduce ischemia-reperfusioninjury.Methods: Screened60cases of CHD patients who were going to undergo PCI,and divided into group A (n=26) and group B (n=34), while30objects who werenormal confirmed by coronary arteriography (CAG) were enrolled in control group.SICAM and hs-CRP were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) before and1h,12h,24h,48h after PCI of all the groups.Results:1.The serum concentrations of sICAM and hs-CRP in group A and group B werecompared with control group before PCI: The serum concentrations of sICAMand hs-CRP in group A and group B were higher than control group, and theserum concentrations of sICAM and hs-CRP in group A was higher than group B.2. The serum concentrations of sICAM-1and hs-CRP in group A were compared withgroup B after PCI: Both two groups of the serum sICAM, hs-CRP concentrationlevel elevated after PCI1h, the difference was significant (P <0.05). But Acomparison between group A and group B after1h, There was no significant difference. After24h both two groups have significantly increased (P <0.05), andthe levels of sICAM, hs-CRP level in group B elevated more apparently; There isno difference before and after PCI in control group.3. The change levels of sICAM and hs-CRP was positively correlated (P<0.001).Conclusions:1. sICAM serum levels in AMI patients before PCI was significantly higher comparedwith the control group, suggesting AMI associated with inflammatory response;2. the serum levels of sICAM-1, hs-CRP in AMI patients change significantly beforeand after reperfusion, suggesting that ischemia-reperfusion injury increasedinflammatory response;3. The serum level of sICAM-1, hs-CRP of AMI patients in group A is less significantthan group B After reperfusion, suggesting that pre-infarction angina may causedthe myocardial preconditioning in AMI patients.4. Ischemic preconditioning can reduce ischemia-reperfusion injury.
