Objective To discuss the value of red blood cell distribution width(RDW),plateletcount(PLT),platelet distribution width(PDW),mean platelet volume(MPV),plateletcrit(PCT),high-sensitive cardiac troponin T(hs-cTnT),cardiac troponinT(cTnT),cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) in thediagnosis and treatment of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods Divided67cases CHD patients according to the WHO’s diagnosisstandard and domestic CHD classification standards into angina pectoris group (APgroup,34cases) and acute myocardial infarction group(AMI group,33cases); Chose30cases physical examination in the same time for normal control group. Normalcontrol group gathered early morning hollow venous blood specimen,the CHDpatients gathered repeated emergency inspection venous blood specimen inhospital.Record the value of RDW,PLT,PDW,MPV,PCT,hs-cTnT,cTnT,cTnI andCK-MB.Results By the analysis of variance,the differences of the RDW mean among the threegroups had statistically significant(P<0.05),the RDW mean of AP group and AMIgroup were higher than normal control group, compared AP group with AMI group,the differences of the RDW mean had not statistically significant; The differences ofthe PLT,PDW,MPV,PCT mean among the three groups had not statistically significant;The differences of the mean of hs-cTnT,cTnT,cTnI and CK-Mb among the threegroups, AP group and AMI group whith extracted the first blood samples in hospitaland normal control group,had statistical significance(P<0.01),AMI group was higher than normal control group and AP group,compared AP group with normal controlgroup,the differences of the mean had not statistically significant.By chisquare test,compared the detection rate of hs-cTnT,cTnT and cTnI with the detection rate ofCK-MB in AP group and AMI group whith extracted the first blood samples inhospital, the differences had not statistically significant in AP group,the differenceshad statistically significant in AMI group(P<0.05).In AMI group,the line chart of themultiple that the mean of hs-cTnT,cTnT,cTnI and CK-MB repeatedly extracted bloodsamples during one’s hospitalization rose relative to the four respective referencerange upper limit showed: in the first few days, the increasing rate of cTnI wasbiggest,CK-MB smallest.Conclusion The RDW in Patients with CHD is increscent,it is seen as the poorprognosis risk factors of CHD patients, which the clinical should pay attention to;ForCHD patients,the platelet and its parameters have change after the disease happen indifferent time,it is necessary on the clinical value of CHD’s therapy and prognosisassessmen after cardiac injury to dynamically observe and consider the changes of theplatelet and its parameters;The detection rate of hs-cTnT、cTnT、cTnI are better thanCK-MB in the diagnosis of cardiac injury, the first three have not obvious differencein the detection rate except the difference of the concentration,but the rising multipleof cTnI is biggest,So considering saving resources and reducing the economic burdenof patients,only to test the concentration changes of cTnI can be seen as the bestindicators of cardiac injury in laboratory diagnosis.
