[Background and Objective] Xuanwei area in Yunnan have the world’s hihgest incidence of lung cancer in non-smoking women,20times higher than the rest of the China and also far higher than the same level of economic and social development of surrounding areas. Epidemiological studies show that the different villages and towns also have the difference between lung cancer incidence of a disease. And the cause of these differences may be related to different villages and towns with different coal seam of coal. The aim of this experiment is to study the Particulate Matter2.5(PM2.5) of soot burning in different coal in Xuan Wei area.[Methods] In this study, C1coal used of fuel in Laibin,Xuanwei、K7(Baoshang, Xuanwei) and M30(Wenxing,Xuanwei) were choosen respective30.Using simulation combustion experiment in doors, the PM2.5of coal soot was collected by Air pollution collecting apparatus. The concentration of PM2.5in coal soot in three groups were calculated through weighting methods. The shape and composition of PM2.5were observed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). PM2.5in C1coal was refined through centrifugal process and PM2.5was observed by Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Detector(EDX). The elements composition in three groups were detected by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer Analysis(XFR). Silicon dioxide was calculated by indirect methods. The shape, of Silicon dioxide were analysed by X-ray Diffractometer(XRD).Using the SPSS17.0statistical package to statistical analyses the experiment data.[Results]1. The concentration of PM2.5in C1coal soot is8.244+1.460mg/m3·0.5h, and in K75.066±0.984mg/m3-0.5h and M305.071±0.869mg/m3·0.5h. The difference of Cl group and each control group’s the concentration of PM2.5were statistically significant(.P<0.05).2.Nanosilicon dioxide was observed by SEM and TEM in C1coal soot. And the diameter of this nanosilicon dioxide are ranged from126.1to30.74nm. The shape of this nanosilicon dioxide is irregular. In K7and M30, nanosilicon dioxide was not observed.3. The concentration of nanosilicon dioxide in Cl coal soot is0.282±0.067mg/m3,and in K70.1224±0.036mg/m3and M300.1193±0.032mg/m3. The difference of C1group and each control group’s the concentration of nanosilicon dioxide were statistically significant (P<0.05).4. Using X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer Analysis,the crystalline nanosilicon dioxide were detected in C1coal soot, but were not in K7and M30groups.[Conclusion]1. C1coal combustion process of PM2.5and nanosilicon dioxide concentration higher than that of K7and M30bituminous coal;2. Nanosilicon dioxide was contained in C1coal soot. The shape of nanosilicon dioxide contain crystalline and amorphous.
