Research And Analysis About Osteoporosis Of Hani People In Yunnan Luchun Area And Its Related Influencing Factors

Object:1. To measure calcaneus quantitative ultrasound date of hani people in Luchun area and establishment a database, explore the change rules of bone mass.2. To measure biochemical criterion of bone metabolism, and its change rules.3.To analysis influencing factors of Osteoporosis of hani people and provide scientific basis for making control strategy.Methods:1. A cluster sampling technique was used to measure200hani people aged14-89years in Luchun area.82cases were males and118cases are females. According to age subgroup of10years old,We divided hani people into7groups.All people must be measured QUS date and basic signs, filled out a questionnaire about related factors of osteoporosis. Finally, the data were statistically analyzed.2. Random sampling method was used to measure40hani people aged14-89years in Luchun area. According to10years old,We divided hani people into4groups. ELISA method was used to detect BGP,CTX,NTX, VDR. Finally, the result were statistically analyzed.Results:1. The peak value of broadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA) of the calcaneus were both in30-39years old. The peak values of Speed of sound (SOS) and stiffness (SI) of the calcaneus were both in10-29years old.The peak value of BUA of the calcaneus were both in10-29years old for male. The peak values of SOS and SI of the calcaneus were both in30-39years old for male. The peak value of BUA of the calcaneus were both in30-39years for female. The peak values of Speed of SOS and SI of the calcaneus were both in10-29years old. After the peak value,bone mass began to quickly lost.The most loss rate of BUA value was50-59years group.The most loss rate of SOS value was50-59years group. The most loss rate of BUA value was50-59years group for male. The most loss rate of BUA value was50-59years group for female.The most loss rate of SOS value was40-49years group for male. The most loss rate of SOS value was60-69years group for female.Through the analyswas of variance,P<0.05,the values of BUA,SOS,SI was tatistically significant by different ages.2. The prevalence of osteoporosis was7.0%.The prevalence of osteoporosis was8.37%for male.The prevalence of osteoporos was5.93%for female.The prevalence of osteoporosis was0%in age group50-59for male. The prevalence of osteoporosis was3.4%in age group50-59for fmale.The prevalence of osteoporoswas was16%in age group60～69for male. The prevalence of osteoporosis was12%in age group60～69for fmale.The prevalence of osteoporosis was18.75%in age group70-79for male. The prevalence of osteoporosis was20%in age group70-79for fmale.Different ages prevalence by chi-square test,P<0.05, was statistically significant.3. In Hani people of Yunnan luchun area,the average Heigh was156.76cm, the average weight57.75kg, the average waistline was81.12cm,the average hipline was96.97cm,the average body mass index was23.45, the average OSTA index was0.23.For male, the average Heigh was159.80cm,the average weight60.35kg, the average waistline was80.89cm,the average hipline was93.16cm,the average body mass index was23.58,the average OSTA index was0.02.For female, the average Heigh was154.64cm, the average weight was55.93kg, the average waistline was81.30cm,the average hipline was93.52cm,the average body mass index was23.36, the average OSTA index was0.38.The correlation between age and BUA,age and T values,age and OSTA index were negatively correlate. The correlation between weight and BUA valueswere positively correlate. The correlation between waistline and T values were negatively correlate. The correlation between OSTA index and BUA,OSTA index and T values were positively correlate. The correlation between Para and BUA values,para and T values were negatively correlate.4.In Hani people of Yunnan luchun area,through the analysis of variance,P<0.05,T he values of CTX,NTX was tatistically significant by40～49ages group and60～69ages group.Conclusion:1. The age of peak value of BUA was30～39years old. The age of peak value of SOS and SI was10～29years old. After the peak value,bone mass began to quickly lost.The age of bone mass of the largest were50～59years old.2.The prevalence of osteoporosis was as same as all China and it increased with age growed. The prevalence of osteoporosis was obvious chang from50years old for female. The prevalence of osteoporosis was obvious chang from60years old.So we considered that key age of the prenention and control was after50years old for female and60years old for male.3.There were correlation between age,height,weight, wai-st line,female age,para with bone mass.This were supposed to the role factors of the prenention and control osteoporosis. There were correlation between OSTA index with bone mass change.OSTA index as a efftive tools to assess risk of osteoporosis applies to hani people in lvchun area.4.
