Object:1To measure calcaneus quantitative ultrasound date of Yizu people in Chuxiong area and establishment a database, explore the change rules of bone mass.2To measure biochemical criterion of bone metabolism, and its change rules.3.To analysis influencing factors of Osteoporosis of Yizu people and provide scientific basis for making control strategy.Methods:1. A cluster sampling technique was used to measure120Yizu people aged20-69years in Luchun area.56cases were males and74cases are females. According to age subgroup of10years old,We divided Yizu people into6groups.All people must be measured QUS date and basic signs, filled out a questionnaire about related factors of osteoporosis.Finally,the data were statistically analyzed.2.Random sampling method was used to measure50Yizu people aged20-69years in Chxiong area. According to10years old,We divided Yizu people into4groups. ELISA method was used to detect BGP,CTX,NTX, VDR. Finally, the result were statistically analyzed.Results:1. The peak value of bone mineral density (BMD) of the calcaneus were both in30-39years old. Along with the growth of the age,BMD graduate decline.The female’s loss speed is more quickly than male,Especially after the age of50.2.The peak values of Speed of broadband ultrasound attenuation,sound (SOS) and stiffness (SI) of the calcaneus were in50-59years old for male.The peak value of BUA,SOS and SI of the calcaneus were both in40~49years old for female.Along with the growth of the age,them graduate decline.The male’s loss speed is more quickly than female.Through the analys was of variance,P<0.05,the values of BUA,SOS,SI was tatistically significant by different ages. 3.Prevalence was41, the total number of56men, among23people, the total number of64women, the prevalence of18people.The prevalence of osteoporosis was34.2%.The prevalence of osteoporosis was41.1%for male.The prevalence of osteoporos was28.1%for female.The age prevalence rate difference has statistics significance.4.A survey of people with an average age of44.5years, the average height159.74cm, average body weight57.44kg,74.68cm average average waistline, hip88.04cm, the average OSTA.index is2.58, the average BMI25.53.5.The value of serum BPG decreased with increasing age, VDR with the ageincreasing.No age correlated significantly with serum CTX, NTX, but the men and women of serum CTX, NTX increased significantly in50years later, there was a significant difference between the sex age group60-69.Conclusion:1.Yunnan province Chuxiong Yi population prevalence rate of osteoporosisand peak bone mass than other parts of the country, the change regularityof bone mineral density of men and women and the national survey results.2.The female bone decreased time faster in perimenopausal women, that are closely related to osteoporosis and estrogen in postmenopausal womenbefore menopause, bone loss more than.The prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in aged40-60key. Height,weight, age, BMI, OSTA index, dietary habits, smoking and drinking quantity and environmental factors have prediction effect on osteoporosis risk in the area of population.3.The prevalence increased with age, men and women in the40-49age groupthe prevalence rate increased, the60~69age group the prevalence rate reached the highest. Low levels of estrogen and postmenopausal women,male labor fall and other factors.4.Yunnan province Chuxiong Yi population increases with age, bone formation,bone remodeling decreased after50years old, and osteoclast activityincreased significantly.
