The Application Of Pronunciation On Dental Aesthetics Restoration Of Hani And Han Nationalities In Yunnan Province

Objective:To measure and analysis the lip and teeth dynamic aesthetic characteristics of Hani and Han nationalities in Yunnan province, and compare the difference of Vertical dimension at rest jaw position and pronunciation,and provide reference for clinical design and restoration.Methods:298 subjects of Hani and Han nationalities in Yunnan were selected by multistage stratified sampling and inclusive criteria.,which Hani nationality were 166,Han nationality were 132.The lip and tooth dynamic aesthetic characteristics of subjects at rest position and pronunciation of "me", "er", "yi", "si", "fu" in different time with different people induced were recorded by the digital photography and analyzed with computer software. The difference of vertical dimension at rest position and pronunciation of "me", "er", "yi", "si"in different time with different people induced were compared to analysis the relationship with occlusal patterns and histogram of overbite and overjet.Results:7 measurements Lip-Teeth dynamic aesthetic characteristics at rest jaw position and pronunciation between Hani and Han nationality of Yunnan province separately. No statistical difference was detected in display of upper central incisors between Hani and Han groups when pronouncing pinyin "yi" (P>0.05). There were no statistical differences in the lip dynamic aesthetics parameters between Hani and Han groups (P>0.05) except for the distance between up and lower lips at pinyin"si" (P<0.05). There were three kinds of relations between upper central incisor edge and lower lip:separation, contact and overlap few.There were no statistical difference was detected in Vertical dimension between Hani and Han groups when A and B induced pronunciation in different time (P>0.05). There were no statistical difference was detected in Vertical dimension between Hani and Han groups when articulate pinyin "me", "er", "yi", "si" (P>0.05).There were no statistical difference was detected between Rest Vertical dimension and Vertical dimension of pronunciation "si" in Class Ⅰ, nomal overjet and overbite (P>0.05).There were no statistical difference was detected between Rest Vertical dimension and Vertical dimension of pronunciation"me", "yi","si", "er" in Class Ⅱ,deep overjet or deep overbite (P>0.05); There were no statistical difference was detected between Rest Vertical dimension and Vertical dimension of pronunciation"yi","si","er" in deep overjet and deep overbite (P>0.05).There were no statistical difference was detected between Rest Vertical dimension and Vertical dimension of pronunciation"si","er" in ClassⅢ(P>0.05).Conclusions:There were certain differences in the lip and tooh aesthetic characteristics between Hani and Han groups,and these parameters of lip and tooth aesthetic characteristics can guide oral aesthetics restoration. The pronunciation of me","er","yi","si","fu" can be used by different doctor in different time to get the Vertical dimension in oral clinical restoration, and which pronunciation will be choose depend on occlusal pattern and types of overjet, overbite. The pronunciation of "me", "yi" "fu", "si", "er" can not only guiding oral clinical aesthetics restoration, it can also be a valuable resource to anthropology and ethnic group.
