ObjectiveResearch different histologic types, clinical stage and age characteristics of epithelial ovarian carcinoma, the expression of Bmi-1and OPN gene of benign epithelial ovarian tumor and normal ovarian group. Discussion on Bmi-1and the OPN gene expression in benign and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors and ovarian epithelial carcinoma in combination with histological type, clinical stage and age characteristics of correlation between biological behavior of ovarian carcinoma with malignant. In order to in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) in the early diagnosis of relapse detection and clinical observation, to find a reliable tumor marker and tumor markers combined with clinical and experimental evidence.MethodImmune group chemical SABC method is used to detect82cases of ovarian tissue in Bmi-1and the expression of OPN, including10cases ofserous adenocarcinoma,8cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma、6cases of endometrioid carcinoma,28cases of benign ovarian tumor (14cases of serous adenocarcinoma、14cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma)and30cases of normal ovarian tissue, and the relationship between the expression of both patient age, histological type and clinical stage were statistically analyzed. Results(1)the Bmi-1and OPN gene in the positive rate of serous adenocarcinoma, respectively is:60.00%,70.00%, and in the mucinous adenocarcinoma of the positive rate respectively is:62.50%,62.50%,the positive rate of endometrioid carcinomarespectively is:50.00%,50.00%, were significantly higher than those of benign epithelial ovarian tumor (7.14%,7.14%), And normal ovarian tissue (6.67%10.00%), with statistical significance (p<0.05), but in ovarian epithelial carcinoma histological no statistical difference between groups (p>0.05);(2)In24cases of epithelial ovarian cancer (10cases of serous adenocarcinoma8case of mucinous adenocarcinoma6case of endometrioid ovarian cancer), Bmi-1in the tissue of period in patients with positive expression rate (100%) is significantly higher than-stage cancer tissue (41.48%), OPN positive expression rate in stage cancer tissue (100%) is significantly higher than-stage cancer tissue (47.06%), both positive expression is enhanced with the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO2000) higher clinical stage increased, with statistical significance (p<0.05), but the Bmi-1and the expression of OPN and epithelial ovarian cancer patients age had no difference (p>0.05);(3)Bmi-1and OPN gene expression was positively correlated (r=0.742, p<0.01).Conclusion1、Bmi-1gene expression in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues was significantly higher than benign ovarian epithelial tumors and normal ovarian tissue, suggesting that the enhanced gene expression may be involved in the development of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), so it can be used as identification of benign and malignant ovarian epithelial tumor immune markers; Overexpression of ovarian cancer and theInternational Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO2000) associated clinical staging, Bmi-1expression positive rate was enhanced with the clinical stage, clinical stage is the later, stronger expression of Bmi-1, suggesting that the genein a certain extent, reflect the degree of malignancy of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), and therefore could be used as indicators of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) condition; however, the gene expression has nothing to do with the histological types of epithelial ovarian cancer among the groups, may be associated with the sample size needs to be further experiments confirmed; Bmi-1gene expression is associated with age, without apparent.2、OPN gene expression in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues was significantly higher than benign ovarian epithelial tumors and normal ovarian tissue, suggesting that the enhanced gene expression may be involved in the development of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), it can be used as a differential diagnosis of benignepithelial ovarian tumor immune markers; overexpression of ovarian cancer International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO2000) clinical stage, the OPN expression positive rate was enhanced with the clinical stage, the later clinical stage, OPN expression rate of the stronger, suggesting that this gene to a certain extentreflects the degree of malignancy of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), it can be used as judgment epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) indicator of the disease; the gene expression of epithelial ovarian cancer among the groups histological type, may be related to sample size, requires further experiments confirmed; OPN gene expression was no significant correlation with age.3、Bmi-1and OPN gene expression in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) was positively related to both may jointly promote the occurrence of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) development; detection of Bmi-1or OPN gene in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) expression that may contribute to the early detection of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), the combined detection can predict the malignant biological behavior, prognosis and recurrence of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) has important clinicalreference value.
