Objective: Aanalyze the effect of pregnancy rate and endometriosis stage, side, diameter and age on the postoperative pregnancy rate in patients with ovarian endometriosis. Methods: This was a retrospective analysis of 543 cases of ovarian endometriotic cysts diagnosed by the Department of Gynecology,Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from January 2014 to December 2016.All patients underwent surgery and the pathology was intrauterine uterus.Membrane ectopic cysts were analyzed by means of pathology and telephone follow-up.The general clinical situation and operation of the patients, postoperative pregnancy and follow-up treatment were analyzed statistically.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of the above factors on postoperative pregnancy rate. Results: The influencing factors of postoperative pregnancy rate affecting ovarian endometriotic cysts were analyzed by single factor analysis. The factors influencing the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05): age, past pregnancy history, birth history, adenomyosis, palpation palpation activity, palpation threshold, intraoperative lesion boundary,Douglas cavity closure, endometriosis staging, combined with other gynecological benign lesions, surgical methods, postoperative application of GnRH-a(gonadotropin releasing hormone Agonist)time, postoperative recurrence is related to postoperative pregnancy rate.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age OR(95% C.I.)=0.127(0.080-0.202),combined with other gynecological benign lesions OR(95% C.I.)=0.369(0.227-0.600),surgical mode OR(95% C.I.)=0.279(0.157-0.493),postoperative GnRH-a time OR(95% C.I.)=0.897(0.811-0.993),postoperative recurrence OR(95% C.I.)=0.276(0.137-0.557),P<0.05,as an independent factor affecting the postoperative pregnancy rate. Conclusion: The influencing factors of postoperative pregnancy rate in patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts were age, combined with other benign gynecological lesions, surgical methods, postoperative GnRH-a time, postoperative recurrence, and were independent factors affecting postoperative pregnancy rate.Postoperative 3 months of GnRH-a drug can effectively improve the postoperative pregnancy rate.Among them, the other gynecological benign lesions had the greatest influence, and the postoperative recurrence time had the least influence. For the relevant population, timely diagnosis and treatment should be done to improve the postoperative pregnancy rate.
