Studying On Chronic Diseases Of Rural Elderly From The Perspective Of Social Medicine

Accompanied by the development of China’s modernization, urbanization, the proportion of the elderly in China is growing, China has become an aging society, the health of the elderly has become the focus of growing concern, chronicdiseases along with China’s aging population is becoming more and moreimportant diseases that affect older.Elderly relative to urban and more developed areas compared to rural and ethnic minorities in remote poverty-stricken areas due to the economic, cultural, and policy reasons, the elderly are more susceptible to disease, while the prevalence of older people are less likely to be effectively cure, its easy to fall into poverty due to illness and the plight of returning to poverty due to illness, to bring the pain and the heavy economic burden for individuals and families, affecting the stability of the state and society.The main content of the paper is from the perspective of the minority rural elderly tower town of Austin in rural areas suffering from chronic diseases of the elderly to Eshan County, Yunnan Province as the research object, lifestyle and psychological test specific behavior from ethnic minorities (Yi) the elderly the characteristics of the research perspective, empirical research, I learned Eshan County tower town of Austin elderly in rural areas the prevalence of chronic diseases and their elderly lifestyle behaviors andpsychological characteristics, and then the collected research data for statistical analysis, through the research found prevalence status of the region’s elderly, the sick elderly survey, the prevalence of risk factors found in this region of the elderly sick, and through qualitative interviews in the region of village health to find defects and problems of the region in regard to the prevention and control of chronic diseases, elderly chronic disease exists, then the needle in the region generally risk factors and prevention of defects and problems, to find a strategy for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the region.
