Objective: To explore our young cervical cancer patients the clinical features, pathological characteristics, treatment characteristics, etc. Provide the basis for clinicalguidanceMethods: According to the approval of domestic and foreign general youngcervical cancer definition, the cervical cancer under the age of35called young cervicalcancer, and the age more than35years old is the cervical cancer. From January2001to December2006there were43patients had got cervical cancer whose age wasabove35,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed (young group), and extract280patients with cervical cancer as controlled and whose age>35years old in thesame period. Results: There is a clear upward trend in young cervical cancer, and clinicalmanifestations in young women with cervical cancer bleeding accounting for60.28%(25/43), middle-aged cervical cancer accounted for52.25%(146/280), the differencebetween two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); pathological type in bothgroups are high rate of squamous cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the youngcervical cancer accounted for86.04%, squamous cell carcinoma of the middle-agedcervical cancer accounted for83.22%, the difference was not statistically significance(P>005); the histological grade group of young cervical cancer, well differentiated(39.53%37.22%23.25%), low cervical cancer group of middle-aged,well-differentiated (31.80percent43.92%to24.28%), the difference between the twogroups was statistically significant (P>005); clinical stage comparison group of youngwomen with cervical cancer early (≤II) A more common, accounting for74.41%, whilethe middle-aged≤II accounted for48.58%of cervical cancer, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <005); pelvic lymph node metastasis-positive comparedyoung cervical cancer group and67.44%(29/43), middle-aged cervical cancer47.50% (133/280), the difference was statistically significant (P <005); vascular positive rate, stromal deep infiltration of the incidence of young cervical cancer group, respectively(46.52%to45.19%), middle-aged cervicalcancer group (48.57%to40.0%), thedifference between the two groups was statistically significant (P>005);5-yearsurvival after surgery,≤ⅡA of-young cervical cancer and cervical cancer group ofmiddle-aged72.1%(23/32)814%,(110/136) between the two groups there was nosignificant difference (P>005), respectively,≥II B-young women with cervical groupand middle-aged group of cervical cancer36.3%(4/11),63.8%(92/144), the differencewas significant (P <005).Conclusion:1, Young patients with cervical cancer incidence increasing year by year2, The clinical features of young patients with cervical cancer, contact bleeding isthe main clinical manifestations, but the symptoms of early stage cervical cancer are notobvious, it had no significant tumor shape, misdiagnosed, mistreated so that acceleratethe progress of the disease;3, The clinical stage of young women suffered cervical cancer and pathologicaltype of early cancer (≤Ⅱ A) squamous cell carcinoma of the roportion;Young patientswith cervical cancer, the rate of pelvic lymph node metastasis, especially in clinicalstages of phase II, there is vascular invasion in patients with higher risk of their lymphnode metastasis;4. Young patients with cervical cancer, has a high pelvic lymph node metastasisrate, especially in the clinical stage of the Phase II, there is vascular invasion in patientswith higher risk of their lymph node metastasis;5, The young cervical cancer patients in the treatment of emphasis oncomprehensive treatment at the same time with neoadjuvant chemotherapy andconcurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy have helped to improve the survival rate, preserving ovarian function to a certain extent, improve the survival quality of theyoung cervical cancer patients;6, The prognosis of young patients with cervical cancer, early detection and earlytreatment can improve the5-year survival and postoperative quality of the youngpatients with cervical cancer.
