Objective:To investigate the incidence and the clinical and pathological characteristics of young cervical cancer(Less than 35 years of age).Methods:216 cases of our hospital in the past 2012-2017 years young patients(Less than 35 years of age)with cervical cancer(Study Group)and randomly selected 233 cases over the age of 35 cervical cancer patients(control group)the clinical data and pathological data were retrospectively analyzed:(1)clinical data: disease duration, times of pregnancy and delivery, smoking history, marriage age,the main clinical symptoms, cervical appearance, clinical stage, tumor diameter, the infection of high-risk HPV;(2)pathological data:pathological type, histological differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, vascular invasion degree.Results:1.the incidence trend: Young patients with cervical cancer number of new cases of cervical cancer accounts for 2009-2017,the young cancer patients in our hospital over the same period the number of new cases accounted for the total number of patients with new onset of cervical cancer constituent ratio increased from 7.14% in 2009 to 8.98% in 2017 patients period constitute despite the fluctuations, but the incidence of cervical cancer patients younger overall upward trend, the total number of new cases of cervical cancer showing significantly higher proportion of younger and younger patients, the incidence of cervical cancer showing a younger change.2.clinical data:(1)patients in the two groups in the number of pregnancy, marriage age, smoking history, disease duration and high-risk HPV infection, cervical appearance, tumor diameter compared to several aspects,P > 0.05,no statistical significance(2)number of delivery: In the study group,0 cases were delivered more than 3 times, and 17 in the control group(7.3%)with more than 3 deliveries in,in comparison,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.(3)the main clinical symptoms: the study group's main symptoms are as follows: contact bleeding(59.26%),irregular vaginal bleeding(19.44%),no obvious symptoms(14.35%),abnormal vaginal fluid(2.78%)and other symptoms(2.78%),abnormal vaginal discharge(1.39%);the control group mainly manifested symptoms for irregular vaginal bleeding(45.49%),contact bleeding(34.76%),no obvious symptoms(8.15%),abnormal vaginal fluid(4.29%),abnormal vaginal discharge(4.29%)and other symptoms(3%).The two groups of patients,in the vaginal contact bleeding, irregular vaginal bleeding and no obvious symptoms,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.(4)clinical stage: 157 cases of stage I in the study group(72.69%),57 cases of stage II(26.39%),1 cases of stage III(0.46%),1 cases of stage ?(0.46%);122 cases of stage I in the control group(52.36%),98 cases with stage II(42.06%),12 cases of stage III(5.15%),1 cases of stage ?(0.43%),compared two groups of patients in stage I,II and III,P < 0.05,there was significant difference.3.pathological data: two groups of patients were mainly squamous cell carcinoma. The degree of differentiation was mainly intermediate differentiation.Compared with pathological type, histological differentiation, vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis, the P > 0.05 was not statistically significant.Myometrial invasion: the study group of myometrial invasion than 1/2 layer has 84 cases(42.21%),the control group in the muscle layer infiltration than 1/2 layer has 110 cases(60.44%),compared with the two,P < 0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Number of new cases of young patients with cervical cancer accounted for the proportion of the total number of new cases of cervical cancer patients was significantly higher, showing a younger alter the incidence of cervical cancer;2.Young cervical cancer with traditional risk factors such as age, fertility, marriage has no significant correlation, the incidence may be related to sex related factors;3.Young cervical cancer clinical manifestations of bleeding for contact,no other the symptoms of cervical cancer in young women is worth attention;4.Young cervical cancer is mainly exogenous early squamous cell carcinoma, mainly intermediate differentiation,in pathological type, histological differentiation, vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis had no obvious specificity.
