Purpose: Analyzing the date of biochemical function of liver and the index offibrosis, of acute hepatitis, chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis. Methods: Patients were divided into control group, acute hepatitis b group, chronichepatitis b (light, medium, heavy) group, posthepatitic cirrhosis group, according to"viral hepatitis prevention and treatment plan"(association of liver disease learn branch, infectious and parasitic epidemiology branch amendment). We Recorded the age, sex, patient albumin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, cholinesterase, hyaluronic acid, laminin protein, type IV collagen, type III procollagen, analysed therelationship between the various indexes, and discuss the liver function, early diagnosisof liver fibrosis and cirrhosis by the combination of a variety of serologic index value. Results: The ALT of Acute hepatitis b group, normal group and chronic hepatitis bgroup, were statistically significant (P <0.05),while AST was not (P>0.05).Neitherof ALT nor AST of the control group, chronic hepatitis b (light, medium, heavy),posthepatitic cirrhosis was statistically significant (P>0.05); The HA,ALB,and CHEwere statistically insignificant(P>0,5) between the control group and the acutehepatitis b group. The HA, ALB, CHE among the control group, chronic hepatitis b(light, medium, heavy) group, posthepatitic cirrhosis groups were statisticallysignificant (P <0,5), along with the increase of hyaluronic acid, and the decrese ofalbumin, cholinesterase gradually. Conclusion: The level of Albumin, cholinesterase, hyaluronic acid have importantsignificance in the evaluation of chronic liver lesion. The results has much moreimportance than Alt and other index. In the clinical work, the serum fiber four indicators(HA, LN, PC-III, IVC) combined with albumin, cholinesterase—These serologicaindex has important significance for clinicians to the preliminary judgement of theextent of liver lesion and the degree of liver fibrosis.
