CT Perfusion To Monitor The Liver Fibrosis-liver Cirrhosis Of Chinese Countryside Dogs Preliminary Study

Aim:To establish the Chinese countryside dogs chronic liver fibrosis-liver cirrhosis model, using 64-slice spiral CT perfusion index of total hepatic imaging perspective from quantitative assessment of the Chinese countryside dogs chronic liver fibrosis-cirrhosis of the liver blood supply in the course of evolution, and Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) for authentication. Cirrhosis of the liver canine blood supply of the pathological basis and evaluation of quantitative CT perfusion imaging in the evaluation process of angiogenesis and liver blood supply in the evolution of application.Methods:Chosen and the Chinese countryside 10 dogs, male or female, animal peritoneal cavity injection of 50% CCL4 oil (0.15ml/kg body weight) 1 week 2; diet is rice and 10% lard content, food intake is 15g/kg/d, water as drinking water, every 4 weeks using PHILIPS Brilliance 64-slice spiral CT with total liver perfusion, EBW workstations and is equipped with image analysis software rendering liver perfusion time-density curves (TDC), to calculate the liver TDC parameters of the organization; Whole liver perfusion CT examination by ultrasound guided liver biopsy for pathological and immunohistochemical determination of VEGF.Result:8 dogs survived the ultimate test (two were killed and dissected as taken ill while the gross specimen); liver biopsy and the gross specimen show different degrees of cirrhosis of the liver, modeling the success rate of 100%. Liver fibrosis-cirrhosis of the liver 5 mid-term value of any two VEGF, SO and S1 of the group of statistical significance between the groups (P<0.05), the S1 and S2 of the group of statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05), S2 and S3 of the group existence of the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), S3 and S4 of the group existence of the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); statistical results:with liver fibrosis-the progress of liver disease, liver VEGF tissue expression was first decreased and then increased a process of lower and lower.Conclusion:In Chinese countryside dog liver fibrosis-liver cirrhosis the process, VEGF with the progress of liver fibrosis-early liver cirrhosis, liver tissue VEGF was first reduced and then increased trend in the evolution of lower and lower; TDC to basic quantitative assessment of liver fibrosis in dogs-Cirrhosis of the liver blood supply process...
