The Clinical Observation Of The Method Of Supplementing Qi And Tonifying Spleen And Strengthening Kidney On The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease(The Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Qi )

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to observe the effect of Yiqi Bushen Jianpi treatment of chronic kidney disease(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome)clinical efficacy,and comprehensive efficacy and safety evaluation of Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic kidney disease(deficiency of spleen and kidney)based on the expand ideas,play advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: According to the standard of the test,76 cases of outpatients,inpatients and Professor Ye Chuanhui in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of from 2016 to 2017 were selected.Methods two groups were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group was given Yiqi Jianpi Bushen recipe,the control group was treated with Phu Simpson Leigh.Treatment for 8 weeks.Observation of patients before and after treatment efficacy evaluation: Z TCM syndrome score,renal function [serum creatinine(Crea),urea nitrogen(BUN),glomerular filtration rate(GFR),blood routine(red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb)),serum albumin(Alb),the changes of 24 h protein and,according to the test data,statistical analysis.Results:(1)compared with the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group,the effective rate of the treatment group was 65.79%,and the effective rate of the control group was 57.89%,and the difference was not statistically significant()(P>0.05).(2)Two groups of traditional Chinese medicine treatment efficiency of the treatment group,the effective rate was 81.58%,the effective rate of the control group was 60.53%,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of TCM syndrome scores decreased significantly,the treatment group and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)before and after treatment of renal function(GFR,Crea,BUN)between treatment group and control group after treatment were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups after treatment of GFR,Crea and BUN had no significant difference,P>0.05.(4)compared with before treatment,24 hour urine protein,ALB,treatment group and control group after treatment were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups after treatment of 24 hours urine protein,no significant difference in ALB,P>0.05.(5)compared with the number of red blood cells before treatment,the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment,P>0.05.(6)compared with before treatment,RBC,Hb,treatment group and control group after treatment were not significantly improved,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);RBC,Hb after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(7)and liver function before treatment(AST,ALT),blood K,treatment group and control group after treatment had no significant difference,no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);liver function,blood K after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Yiqi Jianpi Bushen prescription can improve chronic kidney disease(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome)in patients with fatigue,shortness of breath,anorexia,Yaoxisuanruan symptoms effect;(2)Yiqi Jianpi Bushen prescription can improve the renal function of patients with chronic kidney disease(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome)(lower serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,increased glomerular filtration rate),and delay the progress of chronic kidney disease;(3)Yiqi Jianpi Bushen decoction can reduce proteinuria and hematuria in patients with chronic kidney disease(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome),increase plasma albumin;...
