Objective: To investigate the effect of Dachengqitang decoction(DD) on the acuterespiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) in Yang Ming Fu-Organ syndrome rat model.Methods:40healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into4groups:controlgroup,ARDS group,ARDS+DD treatment1group,ARDS+DD treatment2group(10ineach group).Yang Ming Fu-Organ syndrome induced ARDS model in rats wasestablished.The arterial blood gas anglysis,lung wet/dry weight(W/D) ratioand lungtissue pathology observation and scoring were measured to evaluate the pharmacoligicaleffects of DD on ARDS. The levels of TNF-a and IL-1were determined by ELISA toexplore the immune regulatory mechanism of DD.Results:(1)Treatment with DD early significantly improved blood pressure inrats,increased oxygen asturation,decreased lung wet/dry weight ratio and lung injuryscore.(2)DD suppressed the peoductions of systemic and pulmonary pro-inflammatorymediators.CONCLUSION:The inhibitory effects of DD treatment early on pulmonaryinflammatory response are related to reducing the extent of systemic inflammatoryresponse. |
