Pneumonia is one of the pediatric exogenous febrile diseases.It is one of the common diseases in respiratory infectious system disorder.In traditional Chinese medicine it is called as "pneumonia cough heavily", "continue temperature", "asthmatic cough" et al. The auther summarized Prof Xiaohong Gu clinical experience in pediatric common exogenous febrile diseases by conserning lung and stomach/large intestine together, and taking the Pneumonia as foothold, reviewing relevant literature systematically,there is closed inprotant relationship between pneumonia and Yang-ming endogenous heat.Purpose:To explore the experience of Prof GuXiaohong clinical in pediatric common exogenous febrile diseases by conserning lung and stomach/large intestine together as the breakthrough point;To identify the correlation of pneumonia and Yang-ming endogenous heat and reveal the mechanism how Yang-ming endogenous influence the occurrence and development of pneumonia.Methods:The study is carried out from three aspects as follows:theoretical research, experimental research and clinical research.Theoretical research:First,reviewing talks about the relativity between pneumonia and Yang-ming endogenous heat in TCM theory research,which demonstrate the relativity between pneumonia and Yang-ming endogenous heat from viscera,causes and pathogeny,legislation formulae and so on,thus further discussing the children who have Yang-ming endogenous heat in normal times would be apt to catch exogenous febrile diseases from pediatric specific physiological and pathological features.Second, synthesizing the relationship between pneumonia and Yang-ming endogenous heat in western medicine theoretical literatures and discussing the castrointestinal dysfunction and damage which may impact on immune system functions then exploring the intrinsic related elements between pneumonia and Yang-ming endogenous heat from the respiration system,digestion system and immunity system of the children.The author introduces the relationship between cell factors level and immune function changes,laying a theoretical basis for experimental research from this literature study.Experimental research:Establishing Yang-ming endogenous heat syndromes model mice, by observing body symptoms and signs and EGG,to testify the model,explorating the correlation of dyspepsia model and Yang-ming endogenous heat;Modeling is alexandrine. The author test mice of TNF-a,IFN-γ,IL-4and TH1/TH2 serum level,exploring Yang-ming endogenous heat syndromes influence on immune function. By infecting dyspepsia FM1 influenza a viruses from nasal,building viral pneumonia model, testing the mice spleen and thymus indeies,mice of serum IgM antibodies,to identify Yang-ming endogenous heat syndromes influence on the influenza virus infection (FM1) mice pneumonia;Modeling was alexandrine,testing mice of serum IFN-γ,TNF-a,IL-4 and TH1/TH2 level,exploring Yang-ming endogenous heat syndromes influence on the mice infectd influenza virus (FM1) pneumonia of immune function.Clinical research:By analyzing and appraising the patients'outcomes who were differentiated for lung and stomach's product hot from Mar,2009 to Mar,2010 retrospectively,Exploring the possible cause of Yang-ming endogenous heat,Whether the diet dishonor in Yang-ming endogenous heat would lead to exogenous febrile disease inbeciliting,to provid the clinical evidence for the relevance between pneumonia and Yang-ming endogenous heat.Results:Theoretical research:Lung, stomach (large intestine) are closely related to each other both in physical and pathology, pneumonia belongs to lung hot, Yang-ming endogenous heat would influence the occurrence and development of pneumonia. If one had Yang-ming endogenous syndromes,it would cause colds easily, exterior-interior phase led, accumulating and causing fever, ending into the lung and the heat syndromes with disease Yang-ming endogenous.Pediatric viscera and delicate, and didn't know diet, easy into JiYun heat, the children belongs to "pure Yang", the constitution is easy cold, easy heat, easy virtual, easy to reality, when affected by the pericardium, lead to deeply, because of the relationship between the lung,stomach(large intestine),which caused the pneumonia. Modern western medicine research with gastrointestinal physiology and pathology confirmed in lung, pediatric breathing system closely related to development is unsound, the defence function is not the best, digestive form of organization and physiological function are rudimentary perfect, nonspecific immunity are relatively poor, so respiratory system symptoms and digestive system symptoms tend to have great relevance, such as infantile concept of lung gastrointestinal diseases and so on.Experimental research:The first research:EGG frequency and swing are higher in model mice group than normal mice,and shows high-frequency and high picture,the Model 4 days group shows more significantly;Yang-ming endogenous heat syndromes influence on immune function There is a trend in the TNF-alevel of the model mice serum,but there is no significant difference(P>0.05).The TH1/TH2(IFN-a/IL-4)level of the model mice serum is lower than the normal group,and there is significant difference (P<0.05).The first research:There is a trend in the IgM antibodies content ofthe mice infected by influenza virus (FM1),in the first and the thirth days after infected,The IgM antibodies content of the model group were higher than the normal group,and there is extremely significant difference (P< 0.01),although the model of group is lower than group a,there is no significant difference(P> 0.05); in the fivth day after infected,the IgM antibodies content of the pneumonia group and dyspepsia pneumonia group were lower than the normal group and there is extremely significant difference (P<0.01),in dyspepsia pneumonia group,but there is no significant difference(P> 0.05),in pneumonia group,it is lower in dyspepsia pneumonia group than in pneumonia group, there is extremely significant difference (P< 0.01).Blood TNF-a level of the mice infected by influenza virus (FM1),in the first and the fivth days after infected,it is higher in model group than normal group, but there is no significant difference (P> 0.05);in the third day after infected,it is higher in mode 1 group than normal group, it is higher in dyspepsia pneumonia group than pneumonia group and there is significant difference(P< 0.05); in different times after infected,it is higher in dyspepsia pneumonia group and pneumonia group than normal group,and there is significant difference(P< 0.05);The TH1/TH2(IFN-a/IL-4)level of the mice, There is a trend of reducing in model group,especially in the third day after infected,there is significant difference(P< 0.05),in the fifth day after infected,it is lower in model 2,and there is significant difference(P< 0.01);in different times,dyspepsia pneumonia group had a trend of reducing,but there is no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Yang-ming endogenous heat plays an important role in the cause and development of pneumonia.Yang-ming endogenous heat caused the immune status imbalance, and caused the body of TNF alpha proinflammatory factor was released, but it calls for further research to confirm. Yang-ming endogenous heat caused the immune status imbalance in different times.After infection,aggravating the body's immune unbalance state,which would be the mechanism of the lower IgM content.Influenza virus infection caused the body TNF alpha released,Yang-ming endogenous heat syndrome had a more serious influence on it,especially in the 3rd day after infection;Influenza virus may have caused the body's immune function imblance, especially in the 3rd day after infection,the virus infection influenced on dyspepsia model immune imbalance indicate an aggravating trend, but need to be further confirmed.
